- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. マイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法であって、次の各段階を 含む方法: 第一部品素子を第一支持体上で製作し(ただし該第一部品素子は少なくとも第 一特定DNAポリマー配列をその上に含む)、 少なくともーつの第一部品素子を第一支持体から溶液中に放出し、 第一部品素子をホスト支持体に輸送し、 ホスト支持体上の選択した位置に第一部品素子を取付ける(ただしホスト支持 体は第一部品素子上の第一特定DNAポリマー配列に対する相補DNAポリマー配列を 含有し、その取付けには第一部品素子上の第一特定DNAポリマー配列とホスト支 持体上の相補DNAポリマー配列の相互作用が含まれる)。 2. 第一部品素子がレーザーである請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナノス ケール素子製作法。 3. 一部品素子がディスプレイ要素である請求項1のマイクロスケールおよび ナノスケール素子製作法。 4. ディスプレイ要素が能動ディスプレイ要素である請求項1のマイクロスケ ールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 5. 素子を放出する段階がエピタキシャルリフトオフによって行われる請求項 1のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 6. 輸送が液体を通して達成される請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナノス ケール素子製作法。 7. 少なくともホスト支持体と取付けられた素子を乾燥する段階をさらに含む 請求項6のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 8. 輸送が電気泳動的である請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール 素子製作法。 9. 第二支持体への素子の取付けが移植によって行われる請求項1のマイクロ スケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 10. さらに次の各段階を含む請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール 素子製作法: 第二部品素子を第二支持体上で製作し、 少なくとも一つの第二部品素子を第二支持体から放出し、 第二部品素子をホスト支持体に輸送し、 第二部品素子をホスト支持体上で取付ける。 11. 第二部品素子がホスト支持体に取付けられる請求項10のマイクロスケー ルおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 12. 第二部品素子が第一部品素子に取付けられる請求項10のマイクロスケー ルおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 13. 第一支持体とホスト支持体が物理的に別個の構造である請求項1のマイク ロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 14. 第一支持体とホスト支持体が共通する構造の独立した領域である請求項1 のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 15. 第一支持体と第二支持体が物理的に別個の構造である請求項10のマイク ロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 16. 第一支持体と第二支持体が共通する構造の独立した領域である請求項10 のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 17. 第一部品素子がエミッタを含み、ホスト素子がエミッタアレイである請 求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 18. 第一部品ホスト素子が発色メモリユニットを含み、素子が光学メモリで ある請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 19. 第一部品素子をホスト支持体に取付けた後、第一部品素子上で構造を形 成するさらなる段階を含む請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子 製作法。 20. 第一部品素子と取付けられた構造が全体としてフォトニックバンドギャ ップ素子を形成する請求項19のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法 。 21. ホスト支持体上で接触を形成する段階をさらに含む請求項1のマイクロス ケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 22. 接触がホスト支持体上で導電性物質を輸送し取付けることによって形成 される請求項21のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 23. ホスト支持体がマザーボードを含む請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナ ノスケール素子製作法。 24. 複数のアフィニティー表面アイデンティティが極状に配置される請求項4 6のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 25. 複数のアフィニティー表面アイデンティティが四面体状に配置される請 求項46のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 26. 次の各段階を含む多重アイデンティティ基板材料形成法: 第一アフィニティー配列を支持体上の複数位置に与え、 第一アフィニティー配列と反応しハイブリダイズしない突出配列を持つ機能化 された第二アフィニティー配列を与え、 第一アフィニティー配列と第二アフィニティ配列を選択的に架橋する。 27. 架橋がソラーレンのUV照射によって行われる請求項26の多重アイデンテ ィティー基板形成法。 28. 次の各段階を含む発色構造集合法: 光活性化可能領域を選択的に照射することによってその領域に対応する電界を 生じさせ、 その電界を含む溶液に帯電した反応物を与え、 選択的照射を繰り返すことによって発色構造を順次集合させる。 29. 光活性化可能領域が光伝導物質を含む請求項28の発色構造集合法。 30. 光活性化可能領域が空間光アドレッシングによってスイッチングされる 電極アレイを含む請求項28の発色構造集合法。 31. 光活性化可能領域がエレクトロニクスによってスイッチングされる電極 アレイを含む請求項28の発色構造集合法。 32. 第一部品素子が部品半導体素子である請求項1のマイクロスケールおよび ナノスケール素子製作法。 33. 第一部品素子が部品光電子素子である請求項1のマイクロスケールおよび ナノスケール素子製作法。 34. 第一部品素子が部品電子素子である請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナ ノスケール素子製作法。 35. 第一部品素子が光学部品構造である請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナ ノスケール素子製作法。 36. 第一部品素子が電気部品構造である請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナ ノスケール素子製作法。 37. 第一部品素子が一般部品構造である請求項1のマイクロスケールおよびナ ノスケール素子製作法。 38. 一般部品構造がナノビーズである請求項37のマイクロスケールおよびナ ノスケール素子製作法。 39. 一般部品構造がナノ粒子である請求項37のマイクロスケールおよびナノ スケール素子製作法。 40. 輸送が電界の使用によって達成される請求項8のマイクロスケールおよび ナノスケール素子製作法。 41. 電界が交流電界である請求項40のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール 素子製作法。 42. 電界が直流電界である請求項40のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール 素子製作法。 43. ホスト支持体への第一部品成分の取付けが少なくとも部分的に電界の使 用によって達成される請求項40のマイクロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作 法。 44. n部品素子がn独立支持体に取付けられる(ただしn>2)請求項10のマイ クロスケールおよびナノスケール素子製作法。 45. 次の各段階を含むナノスケールおよびマイクロスケール構造製作法: ある構造の第一領域上に第一特定DNA配列を与え、その構造の第二領域上に第 二特定DNA配列を与え(ただし該第一および第二特定DNA構造を持つ構造は不均一 な電荷分布を持つ)、 第三特定DNA配列をその上に持つホスト支持体を準備し、 第一および第二特定DNA構造を持つ構造を、第一DNA配列または第二DNA配列が ホスト支持体上の第三DNA配列に選択的に向かうように電界中で配向させ、 配向させた第一または第二DNA配列を第三DNA配列と反応させる。 46. 第一DNA配列が第三DNA配列に相補的である請求項45のナノスケールおよ びマイクロスケール構造製作法。 47. 第一DNA配列を第四DNA特定配列とハイブリダイズさせ、その第四DNA特定 配列は第三DNA特定配列に相補的であってそれにハイブリダイズできる請求項45 のナノスケールおよびマイクロスケール構造製作法。 48. ホスト支持体が超小型電子アレイである請求項1のナノスケールおよびマ イクロスケール素子製作法。 49. ホスト支持体が超小型電子アレイである請求項10のナノスケールおよび マイクロスケール素子製作法。 50. マザーボードが超小型電子アレイを含む請求項23のナノスケールおよび マイクロスケール素子製作法。
