Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電子的表示形態にデジタル化されて処理される画像が伝送され、画像処理 システム内に含まれる装置を接続するデータ通信ネットワーク(1)と、 上記データ通信ネットワーク(1)に接続され、上記画像の視覚的品質を補強す べく該画像を処理しおよび/又は上記画像を異なるフォーマットで印刷処理する 画像処理装置(2;2a,2b,2c)と、を備えた画像処理システムにおいて、 該画像処理システムは、上記画像の自動分類の為の分類装置(3)および/また は上記画像の自動補正の為の補正装置(4)を備えることを特徴とする、画像処理 システム。 2.当該画像処理システムは、装置固有のプロパティに基づいて前記画像を処 理すべく配置されたプロファイル作成装置(5)を備えて成る、請求項2記載の画 像処理システム。 3.前記分類装置(3)は前記画像に対し、画像補正、露出条件、上記画像のモ チーフ、画像が取られた時間および/または同等物、に関する情報を含む情報コ ードを付加すべく構成される、請求項1または2に記載の画像処理システム。 4.前記画像は当該画像処理システムにおけるデジタル形態である、請求項1 乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理システム。 5.電子的表示形態にデジタル化された画像であって、その視覚的品質を補強 すべく処理されおよび/又は異なるフォーマットで印刷処理されるよう、前記画 像がデータ通信ネットワークで伝送される画像処理方法において、 上記画像は該画像に含まれた付加的情報に基づいて自動分類され、且つ、上記 画像は必要に応じて自動補正されることを特徴とする 、画像処理方法。 6.画像処理システム内に含まれた付加装置により、画像補正、露出条件、上 記画像のモチーフ、画像が取られた時間および/または同等物、に関する情報を 含む信号セクションが画像コードに付加される、請求項5記載の方法。 7.前記画像の前記自動補正は、 上記画像の縁部領域を識別すること、 上記画像のガンマ補正を実行すること、 上記画像のグレー・シェード・バランスを調節すること、 上記画像の輝度を調節すること、 上記画像のRGBコントラストを調節すること、 上記画像の鮮鋭度を増強すること、 上記画像のノイズをフィルタリングすること、 上記画像のカラー・メモリ調節を実行すること、から成る、請求項5または6 に記載の方法。 8.前記画像は出力装置の固有の特徴に基づいて該出力装置内で処理されるこ とを含む、請求項5乃至7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 9.前記自動補正において、試験観察者から得た情報が使用されることを含む 、請求項5乃至8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 10.前記出力装置特有の補正は前記自動分類および補正の後で実行されるこ とを含む、請求項5乃至9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
