Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の樹脂からなる鞘部材と、第1の樹脂とは異なり、第1の樹脂よりも高 い摩擦係数を有する第2の樹脂からなる芯部材を備えた共押出しモノフィラメン トであって、芯部材がモノフィラメントの端で露出していることを特徴とする共 押出しモノフィラメント。 2.鞘部材がナイロン6、ナイロン6,6、ナイロン6,10、ナイロン6,1 2、ナイロン10,10、またはナイロン6およびナイロン6,6のコポリマー 、またはそれらの混合物であり、芯部材がコポリエステルエーテルであることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の共押出しモノフィラメント。 3.鞘部材がナイロン、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ま たはポリフッ化ビニリデン、またはそれらの混合物であり、芯部材が熱可塑性エ ラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共押出しモノフィラメント 。 4.芯部材が、コポリエステルエーテル、ポリエーテルブロックアミド、スチレ ンブロックコポリマー、スチレンブロックコポリマーをベースとする熱可塑性エ ラストマーブレンド、熱可塑性ポリオレフィンまたはそのブレンド、熱可塑性ポ リウレタン、およびそれらの混合物からなるグループから選択された熱可塑性エ ラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共押出しモノフィラメント 。 5.芯部材の横断面積が、モノフィラメントの横断面積のおよそ10%からおよ そ90%を占めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共押出しモノフィラメント 。 6.鞘部の横断面の形状が円形、三角形、正方形、五角形、六角形、または長円 形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共押出しモノフィラメント。 7.芯部の横断面の形状が円形、三角形、正方形、五角形、六角形、長円形、ま たは切込み形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共押出しモノフィラメン ト。 8.芯部のなかに少なくともひとつの空隙を有することを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の共押出しモノフィラメント。 9.請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の共押出しモノフィラメントからなる1つ または複数のタフトを有するヘッドに結合している柄を備えたことを特徴とする ブラシ。
