Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 自動車でのエネルギ配分用の装置であって、内燃機関によって駆動される 発電機と制御装置とを有しており、前記発電機は、少なくとも1つのバッテリを 有する車両搭載電源及び幾つかの負荷に給電し、前記制御装置には、前記車両搭 載電源及び前記内燃機関から所要の情報が供給されて、前記車両搭載電源又は前 記内燃機関の相応のコンポーネント用の制御及び/又は調整量が求められる装置 において、制御装置(10,20,24)は、エネルギマネージメントを実行し 、該エネルギマネージメントは、車両搭載電源と内燃機関との間のエネルギ配分 を、予め決めることができる要件に従って行い、前記エネルギ配分は、車両搭載 電源−目標電圧(U s)が、予め決めることができる限界の下側であるという 条件を考慮して行われることを特徴とするエネルギ配分用の装置。 2. 制御装置は、マイクロプロセッサとして構成されており、適切なユニット として設けられているか、又は、内燃機関の制御装置内又は電圧調整器内に統合 されている請求項1記載のエネルギ配分用の装置。 3. 制御装置は、車両搭載電源マネージャ及び予制御用手段を有しており、供 給された情報から、予め 決めることができるエネルギ配分ストラテジを用いて少なくとも1つの目標電圧 (U s)を求め、該目標電圧は、求められた実際電圧(U ist)と比較さ れ、該比較の際、調整器は、電力調整量(p stell)を形成し、該電力調 整量は、発電機調整時に考慮される請求項1又は2記載のエネルギ配分用の装置 。 4. バッテリ状態検出部(18)及び発電機状態検出部が設けられており、該 バッテリ状態検出部(18)及び発電機状態検出部は、それぞれ車両搭載電源マ ネージャと接続されている請求項1〜3までのいずれか1記載のエネルギ配分用 の装置。 5. 以下の情報又は予め設定可能な数の以下の情報が、最適なエネルギ配分を 検出するために、車両搭載電源マネージャによって評価される: 所要電力(P f) 所要電力を形成する必要がある、許容されたスイッチング時間(t s) バッテリ状態(BZ) 発電機状態(GZ) 車両搭載電源−実際電圧(U ist) 駆動系列(Triebstrang)による車両搭載電源への要求モーメント (M f) 走行周期(FZ) 電力送出としての調整器出力量(調整量)(P stell) 内燃機関回転数(n mot) 請求項1〜4までのいずれか1記載のエネルギ配分用の装置。 6. 制御装置乃至車両搭載電源マネージャは、以下の出力信号又は以下の出力 信号の幾つかを発生する: 目標電圧に関する非制御可能負荷の電力(P nsV Us) 発電機回転数を変える目的、即ち、発電機の動力伝達の変換比を考慮して、車 両搭載電源による駆動系列への所望回転数(n s) 車両搭載電源による駆動系列への要求モーメント(M mot anf) 励磁電流(I err) 発電機制御用、例えば、整流器ブリッジのパルスインバータの制御用のパラメ ータベクトル(G s) 車両搭載電源目標電圧(U s) 請求項1〜5までのいずれか1記載のエネルギ配分用の装置。 7. マネージメントストラテジが決定される車両搭載電源マネージメント部( 24)及び予制御部(23)及び調整器(21)は、別個のユニットとして構成 されている請求項1〜6までのいずれか1記載 のエネルギ配分用の装置。 8. 車両搭載電源マネージメント部(24)は、発電機制御部(25)に制御 信号を供給し、該制御信号は、発電機によって実施すべき電力変化を行い、負荷 制御部(26)に信号を伝送し、該信号は、電力変化を負荷マネージメント部を 介して行い、その際、発電機制御部(25)も負荷制御部(26)も当該各制御 部側で制御信号を送出する請求項1〜7までのいずれか1記載のエネルギ配分用 の装置。 9. 予期される走行周期(FZ)の検出は、車両内に既存のナビゲーションシ ステム(27)を用いて行われ、該ナビゲーションシステムは、走行期間及び/ 又は道路の形式及び/又は道路の状態についての情報を供給し、その際、ブロッ ク(28)内で、前記ナビゲーションシステムにより供給された前記情報を用い て、未来の平均エンジン回転数の評価が行われる請求項1〜8までのいずれか1 記載のエネルギ配分用の装置。 10. バッテリ蓄電状態の評価の際、未来のエンジン回転数の評価が一緒に考 慮され、その際、バッテリ状態の評価を用いて、エネルギマネージメントの操作 が行われる請求項1〜9までのいずれか1記載のエネルギ配分用の装置。
