Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a. L:D比を有する第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーを含有し、多成分ファ イバーの少なくとも一部分の表面に露出した表面を形成する溶融温度を有した 第1の成分と、 b. 前記第一の成分よりも少なくとも約10℃高い溶融温度を有する第2 の成分であって、前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーのL:D比よりも高いL: D比を有する第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーを含有する第2の成分とを含む多成 分ファイバー。 2.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約96:4以下のL:D比を有する請 求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 3.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、少なくとも約96:4のL:D比を有 する請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 4.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、少なくとも約98:2のL:D比を有 する請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 5.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、少なくとも約98:2のL:D比を有 する請求項2に記載の多成分ファイバー 6.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、前記第1の成分中に約90重量%以上 の量で存在している請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 7.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、前記第2の成分中に約90重量%以上 の量で存在している請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 8.前記第2の成分が、前記第1の成分の溶融温度よりも少なくとも約20℃高 い溶融温度を有している請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 9.前記第2の成分が、前記第1の成分の溶融温度よりも少なくとも約25℃高 い溶融温度を有している請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 10.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約10,000〜約500,000の 間の重量平均分子量を有している請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 11.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約10,000〜約500,000の 間の重量平均分子量を有している請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 12.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約1〜約10の多分散指数を有してい る請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 13.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約1〜約10の多分散指数を有してい る請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 14.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約96:4以下のL:D比を有し、約 10,000〜約500,000の間の重量平均分子量と約1〜約10の多分 散指数を有していると共に前記第1の成分中に約90重量%以上で存在し、前 記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、少なくとも約98:2のL:D比を有し、 約10,000〜約500,000の間の重量平均分子量と約1〜約10の多 分散指数を有していると共に前記第2の成分中に約90重量%以上で存在し、 前記第2の成分は、前記第1の成分の溶融温度よりも少なくとも約25℃高い 溶融温度を有している請求項1に記載の多成分ファイバー。 15.a.第1の温度及び第1の剪断速度において見かけ粘度を示すとともにL: D比を有する第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーを含有する溶融温度を有した第1の 成分を前記第1の温度及び前記第1の剪断速度に付し、 b. 前記第1の成分よりも少なくとも約10℃高い溶融温度を有し、第2 の温度及び第2の剪断速度で前記第1の成分の見かけ粘度との差が約150P a・s以下の見かけ粘度を有するとともに、前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマー の前記L:D比よりも大きなL:D比を有する第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーを 含有する第2の成分を前記第2の温度及び前記第2の剪断速度に付し、 c. 前記第1の成分と前記第2の成分とを接着して多成分ファイバーとす ることを特徴とする多成分ファイバーの製造方法。 16.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約96:4以下のL:D比を有してい る請求項15に記載の方法。 17.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、少なくとも約96:4のL:D比を有 している請求項15に記載の方法。 18.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、少なくとも約98:2のL:D比を有 している請求項15に記載の方法。 19.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、少なくとも約98:2のL:D比を有 している請求項16に記載の方法。 20.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、前記第1の成分中に約90重量%以上 の量で存在する請求項15に記載の方法。 21.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、前記第2の成分中に約90重量%以上 の量で存在する請求項15に記載の方法。 22.前記第2の成分が、前記第1の成分の溶融温度よりも少なくとも約20℃高 い溶融温度を有している請求項15に記載の方法。 23.前記第2の成分が、前記第1の成分の溶融温度よりも少なくとも約25℃高 い溶融温度を有している請求項15に記載の方法。 24.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約10,000〜約500,000の 間の重量平均分子量を有している請求項15に記載の方法。 25.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約10,000〜約500,000の 間の重量平均分子量を有している請求項15に記載の方法。 26.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約1〜約10の多分散指数を有してい る請求項15に記載の方法。 27.前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約1〜約10の多分散指数を有してい る請求項15に記載の方法。 28.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、約96:4以下のL:D比を有し、約 10,000〜約500,000の間の重量平均分子量と約1〜約10の多分 散指数を有していると共に前記第1の成分中に約90重量%以上で存在してお り、前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーが、少なくとも約98:2のL:D比を 有し、約10,000〜約500,000の間の重量平均分子量と約1〜約1 0の多分散指数を有していると共に前記第2の成分中に約90重量%以上で存 在しており、前記第2の成分が、前記第1の成分の溶融温度よりも少なくとも 約25℃高い溶融温度を有している請求項15に記載の方法。 29.前記第1のポリ(乳酸)ポリマーの見かけ粘度と前記第2のポリ(乳酸)ポ リマーの見かけ粘度の差が約100Pa・s以下である請求項15に記載の方 法。
