Abstract
Description
本出願は、2015年12月14日に出願された仏国特許出願第1562319号及び2015年12月14日に出願された国際出願PCT/EP2015/079653号に対して優先権を主張するものであり、これらの教示及び開示全体を本明細書に参照により援用する。
・芯部210のPLA−1は、乳酸モノマーL1と乳酸モノマーD1との共重合体である。
・鞘部220のPLA−2は、乳酸モノマーL2と乳酸モノマーD2との共重合体であって、該D2モノマー比率が、PLA−1のD1モノマー比率よりも大きい共重合体である。
・芯部210は、高分子可塑剤を更に含む。
55〜69%のPLA−1と、
30〜40%のPLA−2と、
1〜5%の可塑剤と
を含む繊維を含んでいてもよい。
直径が15〜35マイクロメートル、より好ましくは20〜30マイクロメートル、且つ/又は
線密度が2〜10デニール、より好ましくは4〜8デニールである
繊維で構成されていることが有利である。
重量が60、好ましくは80〜160g/m2、好ましくは120〜140g/m2、より好ましくは130g/m2、且つ/又は
厚さが450〜650マイクロメートル、有利には500〜600マイクロメートルであることが有利である。
(a)ポリ乳酸(PLA−1)を含む芯部210がポリ乳酸(PLA−2)を含む外被220で被覆されて構成された繊維200を溶融下、調製する工程と、
(b)得られた繊維200を部分冷却した後、成形マット上で延伸及び堆積させて不織布68を形成する工程と、
(c)得られた不織布68をカレンダー成形する工程と
を有する。
支持体1:NATURWORKS製PLA6100Dの単成分繊維100重量%
支持体2:PLA6100D繊維93重量%と可塑剤7重量%とを含む混合物から作製された単成分繊維100重量%
支持体3:PLA6100D製の芯部(繊維の80重量%に相当)とPLA6302D製の外被(繊維の20重量%に相当)とで構成される複合繊維100重量%。この場合、芯部は可塑剤を含まない。
支持体4(本発明):PLA6100D(芯部重量に対して93重量%)及び可塑剤(芯部重量に対して7重量%)を含む芯部(繊維の80重量%に相当)と、PLA6302D製の外被(繊維の20重量%に相当)とで構成される複合繊維100重量%
セット1は、可塑剤が、Arkemaが「BIOSTRENGTH」という商標で販売しているエチレン/アクリル系共重合体の場合である。
セット2は、可塑剤が、BASFが「ECOFLEX」という商標で市販しているコポリエステルの場合である。
セット3は、可塑剤が、本質的にDanimer社が販売しているポリヒドロキシアルカノエートの場合である。
セット4は、可塑剤が、本質的にMetabolix社が販売しているポリヒドロキシアルカノエートの場合である。
(a)溶融及び部分冷却によって繊維を調製し、
(b)成形ベルト上で繊維を延伸及び堆積させて不織布を形成し、
(c)得られた不織布をカレンダー成形する。
支持体1の熱成形深さは2.5cmである。
支持体2の熱成形深さは最大3cmである。
支持体3の熱成形深さは2.5cmである。
本発明の支持体4の熱成形深さは4.5cmである。
Claims (16)
- ポリ乳酸(PLA−1)を含む芯部がポリ乳酸(PLA−2)を含む外被で被覆されて構成された繊維を含む不織布であって、
PLA−1は乳酸モノマーL1と乳酸モノマーD1との共重合体であり、
PLA−2は乳酸モノマーL2と乳酸D2との共重合体であって、該D2モノマー比率が、PLA−1のD1モノマー比率より大きい共重合体であり、
上記芯部は高分子可塑剤を更に含む、
不織布。 - ポリ乳酸(PLA−1)を含む芯部がポリ乳酸(PLA−2)を含む外被で被覆されて構成された繊維のみで構成されており、
PLA−1は乳酸モノマーL1と乳酸モノマーD1との共重合体であり、
PLA−2は乳酸モノマーL2と乳酸モノマーD2との共重合体であって、該D2モノマー比率が、PLA−1のD1モノマー比率より大きい共重合体であり、
上記芯部は高分子可塑剤を更に含む、
請求項1に記載の不織布。 - 上記高分子可塑剤は、(メタ)アクリル酸系モノマー、オレフィン、カプロラクトン、エチレン、ヒドロキシアルカノエート、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、二塩基酸、ジアルコールからなる群より選択されるモノマーの重合体又は共重合体である、請求項1又は2に記載の不織布。
- 上記D1モノマー比率は1%未満、好ましくは0.5%未満である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。
- 上記D2モノマー比率は2〜12%、好ましくは8〜12%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。
- PLA−1は、繊維の重量に対する重量%として、50〜80%、好ましくは60〜70%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。
- PLA−2は、繊維の重量に対する重量%として、20〜50%、35好ましくは30〜40%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。
- 上記高分子可塑剤は、繊維の重量に対する重量%として、1〜5%、好ましくは2〜3%である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。
- 繊維は、
直径が15〜35マイクロメートル、より好ましくは20〜30マイクロメートル、且つ/又は
線密度が2〜10デニール、より好ましくは4〜8デニールである、
請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。 - 重量が60〜160g/m2、好ましくは120〜140g/m2、より好ましくは130g/m2、且つ/又は
厚さが450〜650マイクロメートル、有利には500〜600マイクロメートルである、
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の不織布を製造する方法であって、
(a)ポリ乳酸(PLA−1)を含む芯部がポリ乳酸(PLA−2)を含む外被で被覆されて構成された繊維を溶融下、調製する工程と、
(b)得られた繊維を部分冷却した後、成形マット上で延伸及び堆積させて不織布を形成する工程と、
(c)得られた不織布をカレンダー成形する工程と
を有する方法。 - 熱成形したフィルタとして請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の不織布を有するコーヒー及び/又は茶用カプセル。
- 上記熱成形フィルタは深さが2cm〜4.5cmである、請求項12に記載のカプセル。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の不織布の抽出機用フィルターポッドとしての使用。
- ASTM D6400の生分解性規格を満たす請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。
- ポリ乳酸(PLA−1)を含む芯部がポリ乳酸(PLA−2)を含む外被で被覆されて構成された繊維を含む不織布であって、
熱成形によって表面積が少なくとも150パーセント、より好ましくは少なくとも240パーセント増大可能である不織布。
