Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.哺乳動物において抗原に対する細胞媒介細胞溶解性免疫応答を誘導するため のワクチンであって、該抗原、およびストレスタンパク質の全てもしくは一部、 または該抗原に対する免疫応答を誘導するのに該ストレスタンパク質のアミノ酸 配列に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質の全てもしくは一部 を含む、ワクチン。 2.請求項1に記載のワクチンであって、ストレスタンパク質が、マイコバクテ リアストレスタンパク質、または該ワクチンが投与される前記哺乳動物において 前記抗原に対する免疫応答を誘導するのに該マイコバクテリアストレスタンパク 質のアミノ酸配列に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質である 、ワクチン。 3.前記ストレスタンパク質が、hsp65およびhsp71からなる群より選択される、 請求項1に記載のワクチン。 4.前記抗原および前記ストレスタンパク質が化学結合により連結される、請求 項1に記載のワクチン。 5.前記抗原および前記ストレスタンパク質が融合タンパク質として連結される 、請求項1に記載のワクチン。 6.哺乳動物において抗原に対する細胞媒介細胞溶解性免疫応答を誘導するため のワクチンであって、該哺乳動物において抗原およびストレスタンパク質配列を コードし、そして該抗原および該ストレスタンパク質配列の発現を指向するポリ ヌクレオチドを含む、ワクチン。 7.前記抗原および前記ストレスタンパク質が融合タンパク質として発現される 、 請求項6に記載のワクチン。 8.請求項6に記載のワクチンであって、前記ストレスタンパク質配列が、マイ コバクテリアストレスタンパク質、または該ワクチンが投与される前記哺乳動物 において前記抗原に対する免疫応答を誘導するのに該マイコバクテリアストレス タンパク質のアミノ酸配列に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク 質に由来する、ワクチン。 9.前記ストレスタンパク質が、hsp65およびhsp71からなる群より選択される、 請求項6に記載のワクチン。 10.哺乳動物においてインフルエンザウイルスの抗原に対する細胞媒介細胞溶 解性免疫応答を誘導するためのワクチンであって、該インフルエンザウイルスの 抗原およびストレスタンパク質の該哺乳動物における発現を指向するポリヌクレ オチドを含む、ワクチン。 11.請求項10に記載のワクチンであって、前記ストレスタンパク質が、マイ コバクテリアストレスタンパタ質、または該ワクチンが投与される前記哺乳動物 において前記抗原に対する免疫応答を誘導するのに該マイコバクテリアストレス タンパク質のアミノ酸配列に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク 質である、ワクチン。 12.前記ストレスタンパク質配列が、hsp65およびhsp71からなる群より選択さ れる、請求項10に記載のワクチン。 13.哺乳動物においてインフルエンザウイルスに対する免疫応答を誘導するた めのワクチンであって、該インフルエンザウイルスの抗原、およびストレスタン パク質の全てもしくは一部、または該抗原に対する免疫応答を誘導するのに該ス トレスタンパク質のアミノ酸配列に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタ ンパク質の全てもしくは一部を含む、ワクチン。 14.請求項13に記載のワクチンであって、前記ストレスタンパク質配列が、 マイコバクテリアストレスタンパク質、または該ワクチンが投与される前記哺乳 動物において前記抗原に対する免疫応答を誘導するのに該マイコバクテリアスト レスタンパク質のアミノ酸配列に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタン パク質である、ワクチン。 15.前記インフルエンザの抗原が、赤血球凝集素、核タンパク質、ノイラミニ ダーゼ、M1、M2、PB1、PB2、PA、およびその組み合わせからなる群より選択され る、請求項13に記載のワクチン。 16.前記免疫応答が細胞溶解性T細胞応答である、請求項13に記載のワクチ ン。 17.前記ストレスタンパク質が、hsp65およびhsp71からなる群より選択される 、請求項13に記載のワクチン。 18.哺乳動物においてインフルエンザウイルスに対する免疫応答を誘導するワ クチンであって、ストレスタンパク質の全てもしくは一部、または該抗原に対す る免疫応答を誘導するのに該ストレスタンパク質のアミノ酸配列に対して十分に 相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質の全てもしくは一部に結合された該イン フルエンザウイルスの抗原を含む、ワクチン。 19.請求項18に記載のワクチンであって、前記ストレスタンパク質が、マイ コバクテリアストレスタンパク質、または該ワクチンが投与される個体において 免疫応答を誘導するのに該マイコバクテリアストレスタ冫パク質のアミノ酸配列 に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質である、ワクチン。 20.前記インフルエンザウイルスの抗原が、赤血球凝集素、核タンパク質、ノ イラミニダーゼ、M1、M2、PB1、PB2、PA、およびその組み合わせからなる群より 選択される、請求項18に記載のワクチン。 21.前記免疫応答が細胞溶解性T細胞応答である、請求項18に記載のワクチ ン。 22.前記ストレスタンパク質が、hsp65およびhsp71からなる群より選択される 、請求項18に記載のワクチン。 23.哺乳動物においてインフルエンザウイルスに対する免疫応答を誘導するこ とにおける使用のためのワクチンであって、ストレスタンパク質の全てもしくは 一部、または該抗原に対する免疫応答を誘導するのに該ストレスタンパク質のア ミノ酸配列に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質の全てもしく は一部に融合された該インフルエンザウイルスの抗原を含む、組換え融合タンパ ク質を含む、ワクチン。 24.請求項23に記載のワクチンであって、前記ストレスタンパク質が、マイ コバクテリアストレスタンパク質、または該ワクチンが投与される個体において 免疫応答を誘導するのに該マイコバクテリアストレスタンパク質のアミノ酸配列 に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質である、ワクチン。 25.前記インフルエンザウイルスの抗原が、赤血球凝集素、核タンパク質、ノ イラミニダーゼ、M1、M2、PB1、PB2、PA、およびその組み合わせからなる群より 選択される、請求項23に記載のワクチン。 26.前記免疫応答が細胞溶解性T細胞応答である、請求項23に記載のワクチ ン。 27.前記ストレスタンパク質が、hsp65およびhsp71からなる群より選択される 、請求項23に記載のワクチン。 28.ストレスタンパク質およびインフルエンザウイルスの抗原を含む組成物。 29.請求項28に記載の組成物であって、前記ストレスタンパク質が、マイコ バクテリアストレスタンパク質、または該組成物が投与される個体において免疫 応答を誘導するのに該マイコバクテリアストレスタンパク質のアミノ酸配列に対 して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質である、組成物。 30.前記インフルエンザウイルスの抗原が、赤血球凝集素、核タンパク質、ノ イラミニダーゼ、M1、M2、PB1、PB2、PA、およびその組み合わせからなる群より 選択される、請求項28に記載の組成物。 31.前記ストレスタンパク質が、hsp65およびhsp71からなる群より選択される 、請求項28に記載の組成物。 32.インフルエンザウイルスの抗原と結合されたストレスタンパク質を含む結 合体。 33.請求項32に記載の結合体であって、前記ストレスタンパク質が、マイコ バクテリアストレスタンパク質、または該結合体が投与される個体において免疫 応答を誘導するのに該マイコバクテリアストレスタンパク質のアミノ酸配列に対 して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質である、結合体。 34.前記インフルエンザウイルスの抗原が、赤血球凝集素、核タンパク質、ノ イラミニダーゼ、M1、M2、PB1、PB2、PA、およびその組み合わせからなる群より 選択される、請求項32に記載の結合体。 35.前記ストレスタンパク質が、hsp65およびhsp71からなる群より選択される 、請求項32に記載の結合体。 36.インフルエンザウイルスの抗原に融合されたストレスタンパク質を含む融 合タンパク質。 37.請求項36に記載の融合タンパク質であって、前記ストレスタンパク質が 、マイコバクテリアストレスタンパク質、または該融合タンパク質が投与される 個体において免疫応答を誘導するのに該マイコバクテリアストレスタンパク質の アミノ酸配列に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質である、融 合タンパク質。 38.前記インフルエンザウイルスの抗原が、赤血球凝集素、核タンパク質、ノ イラミニダーゼ、M1、M2、PB1、PB2、PA、およびその組み合わせからなる群より 選択される、請求項36に記載の融合タンパク質。 39.前記ストレスタンパク質が、hsp65およびhsp71からなる群より選択される 、請求項36に記載の融合タンパク質。 40.pET65MP/NP-BおよびpET65M/NP-Dからなる群より選択される融合タンパク 質。 41.前記抗原が細胞溶解性T細胞エピトープを含む、請求項1に記載のワクチ ン。 42.前記インフルエンザウイルスの抗原が細胞溶解性T細胞エピトープを含む 、請求項10に記載のワクチン。 43.前記インフルエンザウイルスの抗原が細胞溶解性T細胞エピトープを含む 、 請求項15に記載のワクチン。 44.前記インフルエンザウイルスの抗原が細胞溶解性T細胞エピトープを含む 、請求項28に記載の組成物。 45.前記インフルエンザウイルスの抗原が細胞溶解性T細胞エピトープを含む 、請求項32に記載の結合体。 46.前記インフルエンザウイルスの抗原が細胞溶解性T細胞エピトープを含む 、請求項36に記載の融合タンパク質。 47.前記抗原が、ウイルス抗原、腫瘍関連抗原、およびアレルゲンからなる群 より選択される、請求項1に記載のワクチン。 48.前記抗原が、ウイルス抗原、腫瘍関連抗原、およびアレルゲンからなる群 より選択される、請求項32に記載の結合体。 49.前記抗原が、ウイルス抗原、腫瘍関連抗原、およびアレルゲンからなる群 より選択される、請求項36に記載の融合タンパク質。 50.哺乳動物においてアレルゲン性抗原に対するTh2応答を抑制するためのワ クチンであって、該抗原、およびストレスタンパク質の全てもしくは一部、また は該抗原に対するTh2応答を抑制するのに該ストレスタンパク質のアミノ酸配列 に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質の全てもしくは一部を含 む、ワクチン。 51.哺乳動物においてアレルゲン性抗原に対するTh2応答を抑制するための組 成物であって、該抗原、およびストレスタンパク質の全てもしくは一部、または 該抗原に対するTh2応答を抑制するのに該ストレスタンパク質のアミノ酸配列に 対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質の全てもしくは一部を含む 、組成物。 52.哺乳動物においてアレルゲン性抗原に対するTh2応答を抑制するための結 合体であって、該抗原、およびストレスタンパク質の全てもしくは一部、または 該抗原に対するTh2応答を抑制するのに該ストレスタンパク質のアミノ酸配列に 対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質の全てもしくは一部を含む 、結合体。 53.哺乳動物においてアレルゲン性抗原に対するTh2応答を抑制するための融 合タンパク質であって、該抗原、およびストレスタンパク質の全てもしくは一部 、または該抗原に対するTh2応答を抑制するのに該ストレスタンパク質のアミノ 酸配列に対して十分に相同なアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質の全てもしくは一 部を含む、融合タンパク質。
