Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.印刷データーを記録する事務機で使用するためのかつリサイクル可能な買 物袋と一緒にリサイクルできる印刷可能媒体であって、上記印刷可能媒体はポリ エチレンから本質的になる熱可塑性材料と、上記印刷可能媒体上に記録された印 刷データーを判読できるようにするのに十分な不透明性を有する印刷可能媒体を 提供するのに有効な量の顔料と、上記印刷可能媒体の印刷適性を改善するのに十 分な量の艶消剤とからなることを特徴とする印刷可能媒体。 2.前記印刷可能媒体は約0.5〜約3.0ミルの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の 印刷可能媒体。 3.前記印刷可能媒体は約0.8〜約2.0ミルの厚さを有する、請求項2に記載の 印刷可能媒体。 4.前記顔料は二酸化チタンからなり、前記艶消剤は炭酸カルシウムからなる 、請求項2に記載の印刷可能媒体。 5.前記ポリエチレンは高分子量高密度ポリエチレンからなる、請求項4に記 載の印刷可能媒体。 6.前記印刷可能媒体は、印刷可能媒体の全重量に基づいて約20〜約80重量% のポリエチレン、印刷可能媒体の全重量に基づいて約1〜約70重量%の艶消剤及 び印刷可能媒体の全重量に基づいて約0.1〜約30重量%の顔料からなる、請求項 5に記載の印刷可能媒体。 7.前記印刷可能媒体は、ポリエチレンベースフィルムの吹込み成形又は注入 成形により製造する、請求項6に記載の印刷可能媒体。 8.印刷可能媒体上での熱印刷を可能にするために、印刷可能媒体上に設けら れた熱発色性物質層を更に有する、請求項3に記載の印刷可能媒体。 9.第2の印刷可能層と封入圧力感受性インキ層とを更に有し、前記ポリエチ レンに圧力を加えて印刷することにより、第2の印刷可能層上に前記印刷物の第 2のコピーを生じさせる、請求項3に記載の印刷可能媒体。 10.印刷可能媒体中に発生する静電気の量を減少させるのに有効な量の帯 電防止剤を更に含有する、請求項7に記載の印刷可能媒体。 11.印刷データーを記録する事務機で使用するためのかつリサイクル可能な買 物袋と一緒にリサイクルできる、約0.5〜約3.0ミルの厚さを有するリサイクル可 能な印刷可能媒体であって、天然で産生する繊維材料を含まないポリエチレンと 、上記印刷可能媒体上に記録された印刷データーを判読できるようにするのに十 分な不透明性を有する印刷可能媒体を提供するのに有効な量の顔料と、上記印刷 可能媒体の印刷適性を改善するのに十分な量の艶消剤とからなる、リサイクル可 能な印刷可能媒体。 12.前記印刷可能媒体は約0.8〜約2.0ミルの厚さを有する、請求項11に記載の 印刷可能媒体。 13.前記顔料は二酸化チタンからなり、前記艶消剤は炭酸カルシウムからなる 、請求項12に記載の印刷可能媒体。 14.前記ポリエチレンは高分子量高密度ポリエチレンからなる、請求項13に記 載の印刷可能媒体。 15.前記印刷可能媒体は、印刷可能媒体の全重量に基づいて約20〜約80重量% のポリエチレン、印刷可能媒体の全重量に基づいて約1〜約70重量%の艶消剤及 び印刷可能媒体の全重量に基づいて約0.1〜約30重量%の顔料からなる、請求項1 4に記載の印刷可能媒体。 16.前記印刷可能媒体は、ポリエチレンベースフィルムの吹込み成形又は注入 成形により製造する、請求項15に記載の印刷可能媒体。 17.印刷可能媒体上に発生する静電気の量を減少させるのに有効な量の帯電防 止剤を更に含有する、請求項16に記載の印刷可能媒体。 18.印刷可能媒体上での熱印刷を可能にするために、印刷可能媒体上に設けら れた熱発色性物質層を更に有する、請求項11に記載の印刷可能媒体。 19.第2の印刷可能層と封入圧力感受性インキ層とを更に有し、前記ポリエチ レンに圧力を加えて印刷することにより、第2の印刷可能層上に前記印刷物の第 2のコピーを形成させる、請求項11に記載の印刷可能媒体。 20.顧客への商品の売上高を表示する精算領収書の印刷方法において、ポリエ チレンと、印刷物を判読できるようにするのに十分な不透明性を有する 印刷可能媒体を提供するのに有効な量の顔料と、印刷可能媒体の印刷適性を改善 するのに十分な量の艶消剤とからなるリサイクル可能な印刷可能媒体上に商取引 についての売上額を印刷することを特徴とする精算領収書の印刷方法。 21.前記印刷可能媒体は約0.5〜約3.0ミルの厚さを有する、請求項20に記載の 方法。 22.領収書と1種又は以上の買物袋とを裁断することにより、領収書を1種又 は以上の買物袋と一緒にリサイクルする工程及び裁断した材料を押出してペレッ トを形成させる工程を更に含有する、請求項21に記載の方法。 23.前記ペレットからフィルムを製造する工程を更に含有し、このフィルムか ら他の商業的製品を製造することができる、請求項22に記載の方法。
