Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 拡張可能なインプラントを体腔内部において供給・配置・開放するための装置 であって、 前記インプラントを小さな断面形状に維持するための細長管状シースであっ て、前端と後端とを有し、前記前端が開いている細長管状シースと、 調節ハンドルであって、前記調節ハンドルの可動部分が前記シースの後部に 連結されており、前記ハンドルに対して前記シースが前方と後方に移動するよう に前記可動部分が前記ハンドルに沿って移動できることを特徴とする調節ハンド ルと、 前記インプラントの後端と係合可能であり、かつ、前記ハンドルに対して一 定の位置にインプラント保持具を維持するために前記ハンドルと協動するインプ ラント保持具であって、前記インプラント保持具が前記シース内部に受入れ可能 であり、前記シースは、前記インプラント保持装置が前記シース内部に収納され ることとなるインプラント取込の前方位置と、前記インプラント保持具が前記シ ースの端部を越えて前方に配置されることとなるインプラント開放の後方位置と の間で移動できることを特徴とするインプラント保持具とを有し、 前記ハンドルの前記可動部分が、前記インプラントを取込むこととなる前方 位置に移動したときの状態と、前記インプラントを開放することとなる後方位置 に移動した状態との間で移動できることを特徴とする装置。 2. 前記ハンドルの前記可動部分が前記インプラント取込位置から前記インプラ ント開放位置へ連続的に前方又は後方に移動しないようにするために前記ハンド ルに具備された移動止めを更に含むことを特徴とする請 求の範囲1記載の装置。 3. 前記移動止めは、前記ハンドルの前記可動部分を自由にして開放位置へ移動 させることができるように手動で開放できることを特徴とする請求の範囲2記載 の装置。 4. 前記移動止めは、前記ハンドルの前記可動部分が前記移動止めに配置された ときだけ前記開放位置へ移動できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲3記載の装置。 5. 前記シースと前記ハンドルを貫通して延びる配置用チューブを更に含むこと を特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の装置であって、前記保持装置が前記配置用チュ ーブに取り付けられていることを更に特徴とする装置。 6. 前記配置用チューブが前記装置の長手方向の軸に沿って可動であることを更 に特徴とする請求の範囲5記載の装置であって、 前記ハンドルに対して選択された位置に前記配置用チューブをロックするた めに前記ハンドルに具備されたロック用部材を更に含む ことを特徴とする装置。 7. 前記ハンドルは細長く中空であり、前端と後端とを有し、 前記ハンドルの前記可動部分は前記シースに接続されたスライドを含み、 前記スライドは前記ハンドルに沿って移動可能であり、 前記ハンドルは更に前記ハンドルの長手方向に沿って特定の部分にのみ前記 スライドの移動を制限するために前記スライドと係合可能なゲート機構を有し、 前記ゲート機構は前記スライドの後方移動を前記取込位 置と前記開放位置との間の位置に制限する位置を有し、 前記ゲート機構は前記開放位置へ前記スライドを更に後方移動できるように前 記ハンドルに可動式に取り付けられている ことを更に特徴とする請求の範囲2記載の装置。 8. 前記スライドは前記ハンドルに格納され、 前記シースの前記後端が前記ハンドルの前端を貫通して延びており、かつ、前 記ハンドルの中で前記スライドに接続されている ことに特徴とする請求の範囲7記載の装置。 9. 前記ゲート機構は、前記ハンドルの中で回転可能なゲートを含み、かつ、長 手方向に延びたスロットであって、円周に沿って順次相互に間隔があけられたス ロットを少なくとも2個含むことを更に特徴とする請求の範囲7記載の装置であ って、 前記ゲートの回転をさせるために前記ゲートに連結され、かつ、前記ハンド ルの外側に具備された調節部材とを 更に含むことを特徴とする装置。 10.前記回転可能なゲートが、前記ハンドルの中で回転可能な管状部材を含み、 前記管状部材は前記長手方向に延びるスロットの連結部に円周に沿って延びるス ロットが具備されており、前記スライドは前記の細長いスロットと前記の円周に 沿って延びるスロットを通って延ばすことが可能な部分を有する ことを更に特徴とする請求の範囲9記載の装置。 11.細長く延びた最前方のスロットの最先端は、最前方の位置に前記スラ イドをロックすることができるように前記スライドと係合可能な円周に沿って延 びたスロットを有する ことを更に特徴とする請求の範囲10記載の装置。 12.前記調節ハンドルの前記可動部分が、前記シースの内腔及び入口ポートと連 通する液体室を有することを更に特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の装置であって、 前記入口ポートの一端に接続され、かつ、他端において液体供給源に接続可 能な導管を更に有する ことを特徴とする装置。 13.前記シース及び前記ハンドルを貫通して延びる配置用チューブであって、前 記液体室を貫通して延びる配置用チューブと、 前記可動部材に具備され、かつ、前記配置用チューブの周囲を封止するため に前記配置用チューブと係合可能なシールとを 更に含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲12記載の装置。 14.前記導管の一部が前記配置用チューブの周囲に巻き付けられている ことを更に特徴とする請求の範囲13記載の装置。 15.前記ロック用部材が、前記ハンドルの後端部に配置されたコレットであって 、前記配置用チューブの周囲で前記コレットを解除可能に締め付けるために前記 配置用チューブの後方部分とロック用ナットとを受けるコレットを含むことを特 徴とする請求の範囲6記載の装置。 16.前記ハンドルがインプラント開放状態になるまで後退したときに前記ハ ンドルの固定部分へ前記ハンドルの前記可動部分を自動的にロックするための手 段を更に含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の装置。 17.拡張可能なインプラントを体腔内において供給・配置・開放するための方法で あって、前記方法が、 前記インプラントを小さな断面形状に維持するための細長い管状シースであ って、前記シースが前端と後端とを有し、かつ、前記インプラントをを受け入れ るために前端が開いている細長い管状シースと、前記インプラント保持具と前記 インプラントとに対して相対的に後方に前記シースを後退させながら前記インプ ラントを特定の位置に保持するために前記シースと協動させることが可能で、か つ、前記インプラントと係合可能なインプラント保持具とを有することを特徴と する管状シースを提供するステップを含む方法であって、前記方法が更に、 前記シースと前記シースの内部に収納された前記インプラントと一緒になっ た前記インプラント保持具とを、前記体腔内に挿入して、一つのユニットとして これらを前記体腔内の所定の位置へ前進させるステップと、 取込位置から開放位置へ前記シースが直接連続的に移動することを防止する ために移動止めを提供するステップと、 前記取込位置と前記開放位置との間の前記移動止めまで前記シースを後退さ せるステップと、 前記シースが前記移動止めの位置にある状態のままで、前記インプラントが 所望の位置にあって、かつ、所望の方向を向いているかどうかを判断するステッ プと、 その後、(1)前記移動止めを動かして前記シースを開放位置まで後退させる か、又は、(2)前記移動止めを動かすことなく前記シースを前記取込位置まで戻 すかのいずれかのステップと を含むことを特徴とする方法。
