Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炭素原子2〜18個を有するカルボン酸の錫塩(以後、「触媒1」と称する) と一緒に、プロトン酸のリチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、セシウ ム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム及び/またはバリウム塩を使用 することに関し、該プロトン酸は、少なくとも2個の酸性水素原子を有し(以後 、「触媒2」と称する)、水中でのpKaが2〜10であり、触媒1:触媒2の割合は 30:70〜95:5であり、触媒1及び触媒2の量は、ウォーター-ブローンポリウ レタンフォームの製造において、各々0.1〜5重量%(フォームを製造するため に使用する全成分の重量をベースに計算)であり、但し、ポリイソシアネートと してトルエンジイソシアネート及びアミン触媒を使用して軟質フォームを製造す る際には、高分子電解質の塩は使用しない、該塩の使用。 2.触媒1及び2の量が、0.2〜3重量%である、請求項1に記載の使用。 3.該比の範囲が、50:50〜90:10である、請求項1及び2に記載の使用。 4.触媒1が、炭素原子2〜12個を有するモノカルボン酸の、飽和脂肪酸の錫 塩である、請求項1〜3に記載の使用。 5.触媒2の酸性水素原子の10〜90%が金属イオンで置換された、請求項1〜 4に記載の使用。 6.プロトン酸が、酸性水素原子数が少なくとも3であるものから選択される 、請求項1〜5に記載の使用。 7.触媒2の塩が、ナトリウム及び/またはカリウム塩から選択される、請求 項1〜6に記載の使用。 8.触媒2の水中での溶解性が、25℃で水1リットル当たり少なくとも5gの 触媒2である、請求項1〜7に記載の使用。 9.水と請求項1〜8に記載の触媒1及び2との存在下、ポリイソシアネート とポリオールとを反応させることによるポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。 10.発泡反応の起きる前に、触媒1及び2をイソシアネート-反応性化合物 と混合する、請求項9に記載の方法。 11.触媒1を一部のイソシアネート-反応性化合物と混合し、触媒2を別の 一部のイソシアネート-反応性化合物と混合する、請求項10に記載の方法。 12.請求項1〜8に記載の触媒1及び2及び/または触媒2のプロトン酸の 存在下で、ポリイソシアネート(1)、374以下の平均当量及び2〜8のイソシアネ ート-反応性水素原子の平均数を有するイソシアネート-反応性化合物(2)、374以 上の平均当量及び2〜6のイソシアネート-反応性水素原子の平均数を有するイ ソシアネート-反応性化合物(3)並びに水を反応させることによる、コア密度3〜 27kg/m3を有する硬質ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法。 13.請求項12で得られたフォームを圧潰することにより、−100℃〜+25 ℃で主なガラス-ゴム遷移を持たない軟質フォームを製造する方法。 14.触媒2及び/または触媒2のプロトン酸、水及びポリオールの100重量 部当たり、請求項1〜8に記載の触媒2及び/または触媒2のプロトン酸0.1〜2 0重量部、水10〜55重量部並びに、少なくとも150mg KOH/gの水酸基価及び2〜8 の平均みかけ水酸基官能価を有するポリオール又はポリオール混合物35〜85重量 部を含む組成物。 15.ウォーター-ブローンフォームから抽出可能な化合物量を減少させるた めの、請求項1〜8に記載の触媒1及び2及び/または触媒2のプロトン酸の使 用。
