Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固体支持体と対合し更に巨大分子または生物学的粒子と対合しているビーズ を含んでなる組成物。 2.該巨大分子が、核酸、ペプチド、タンパタ質、アミノ酸および有機分子より なる群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.該ビーズが巨大分子と対合しており、該巨大分子が核酸である、請求項1に 記載の組成物。 4.該ビーズが、シリカゲル、ガラス、磁性体、p−ベンジルオキシベンジルア ルコールコポリスチレン−ジビニルベンゼン(DVB)樹脂、クロロトリチルク ロリドコポリスチレン−DVB樹脂、クロロメチル化コポリスチレン−DVB樹 脂、金属、プラスチック、セルロース、架橋デキストランおよびアガロースゲル よりなる群から選ばれる物質から調製されたものである、請求項1〜3のいずれ か1項に記載の組成物。 5.該ビーズが膨潤性である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 6.該ビーズが非膨潤性である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項 に記載の組成物。 7.該ビーズの最大寸法または直径が1から100μmの範囲である、請求項1 〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 8.該固体支持体が、ビーズ、毛細管、板、膜、薄延物、櫛状物、ピン、薄延物 、小孔のアレーを有する薄延物およびナノリットルウェル群よりなる群から選ば れる形態である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 9.該核酸がDNAである、請求項3に記載の組成物。 10.該核酸がRNAである、請求項3に記載の組成物。 11.工程(a)ビーズを巨大分子または生物学的粒子と対合させること、およ び 工程(b)ビーズを固体支持体と対合させることを含んでなり、工程(a)およ び(b)を任意の順序で順次にまたは同時に行う、固体支持体と対合し更に巨大 分子または生物学的粒子と対合しているビーズの製造法。 12.該巨大分子が、核酸、ペプチド、タンパク質、アミノ酸および有機分子よ りなる群から選ばれる、請求項11に記載の製造法。 13.該ビーズが巨大分子と対合していて、該巨大分子が核酸 である、請求項11に記載の製造法。 14.該ビーズが、巨大分子と対合のために官能化されている、請求項11〜1 3のいずれか1項に記載の製造法。 15.該ビーズが、カルボキシ官能基で官能化されている、請求項11〜13の いずれか1項に記載の製造法。 16.該ビーズが、アミノ官能基で官能化されている、請求項11〜13のいず れか1項に記載の製造法。 17.該ビーズを該固体支持体と対合させる前に、該ビーズを該巨大分子または 生物学的粒子と対合させる、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の製造法。 18.該ビーズを該固体支持体と対合させた後に、該ビーズを該巨大分子または 生物学的粒子と対合させる、請求項10に記載の製造法。 19.i) ビーズ、および/または ii) 不溶性支持体、および iii)分子を該ビーズに結合させるためのおよび該ビーズ を該支持体に結合させるための対合手段、を含んでなるキット。
