Abstract
【解決手段】反応装置は、反応容器100を収容し保持するインキュベータ200と、反応容器100内の生体関連物質を含む反応液を駆動させるためのポンプ600と、ポンプ600からの圧力変動を反応液に伝達するための反応液駆動用チューブ400と、反応液駆動用チューブ400の圧力状態を検出する圧力センサー500とを備えている。

Description
本実施形態は、遺伝子などの生体関連物質の反応装置に向けられている。図1は、本発明の実施形態の反応装置に適用される反応容器を示している。また、図2は、図1に示した反応容器に収容されている反応チップを示している。
Claims (7)
- 生体関連物質の反応装置であり、
反応チップに与えられた生体関連物質を含む反応液を駆動させるための反応液駆動手段と、
反応チップと反応液駆動手段との間にあり、反応液駆動手段からの圧力変動を反応液に伝達するための圧力伝達媒体と、
圧力伝達媒体の圧力状態を検出する圧力検出手段とを備えている生体関連物質の反応装置。 - 圧力検出手段で検出される圧力状態を判断して圧力状態の異常の発生を検出する制御手段とを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の生体関連物質の反応装置。
- 制御手段は、反応液駆動手段の動作の特定のタイミングにおいて圧力状態の判断を行う請求項2に記載の生体関連物質の反応装置。
- 圧力状態の異常の発生を表示する表示手段を更に備えている請求項2に記載の生体関連物質の反応装置。
- 制御手段は、圧力状態に基づいて反応液駆動手段の動作を制御する請求項2に記載の生体関連物質の反応装置。
- 生体関連物質の反応中または反応後の状態を撮影する撮影手段を有している請求項1に記載の生体関連物質の反応装置。
- 反応液の温度を制御する温度制御手段を有している請求項1に記載の生体関連物質の反応装置。
