Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 平らな表面と三次元の表面を有するエラストマーの三次元の開口を開けら れたフィルム、および前記エラストマーフィルムの少なくとも平らな表面と結合 したキャリヤー材料を含む複合材料。 2. キャリヤー材料が繊維材料から成る請求項1に記載の複合材料。 3. 繊維材料が不織布材料から成る請求項2に記載の複合材料。 4. 繊維材料が荒い繊維から成る請求項2に記載の複合材料。 5. 繊維材料が織布材料から成る請求項2に記載の複合材料。 6. キャリヤー材料が少なくとも一層のポリマーフィルム材料から成る請求項 1に記載の複合材料。 7. エラストマーフィルムが、天然のポリマー材料と、イソプレン、ブタジエ ン−スチレン材料、スチレンブロック共重合体を含む合成ポリマー材料と、それ らの混合物から成る請求項1に記載の複合材料。 8. 繊維材料が、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、アクリル、レーヨン、綿ま たは他のセルロース材料およびそれらの混合物から成る請求項2に記載の複合材 料。 9. 繊維材料が、約5〜約150g/m2の範囲の基準重量を有する請求項2に記載の 複合材料。 10.基準重量が、約15〜約35g/m2の範囲にある請求項9に記載の複合材料。 11.請求項1に記載の複合材料から形成された表面シートと、吸収性パッドと 、流体不浸透性の裏布とを含む吸収性物品。 12.開口を開けられたエラストマー複合材料の製造方法であって、 (a)頂面と底面を有する溶融または半溶融エラストマーフィルム部分を連続し て供給し、しかも前記エラストマーフィルムを所定温度で供給し、 (b)前記エラストマーフィルムの頂面の上にキャリヤー材料を供給し、 (c)前記フィルムおよび前記キャリヤー材料に、場合により、圧縮力を与え、 (d)前記エラストマーフィルムの底面に流体圧力差動の作用を受けさせ、そし て、 (e)前記エラストマーフィルム中に多数の三次元の開口を開けられた構造を形 成するため、及び、前記キャリヤー材料を前記エラストマーフィルムの頂面と結 合して通気性のエラストマー複合材料を形成するために、十分な時間、圧力差動 を維持する、 ことから成る前記の製造方法。 13.キャリヤー材料が、フィルムの上に零または零に近い張力の下で供給され る軽量の材料から成り、その際キャリヤー材料の一体性を破壊することなしにエ ラストマーフィルム上にキャリヤー材料が連続的に供給されることから成る、請 求項12に記載の方法。 14.キャリヤー材料が、エラストマーフィルムが圧力差動を受ける点より前に 、所定の衝突点においてエラストマーフィルムの頂面上に供給される、請求項12 に記載の方法。 15.所定の衝突点が、一部分、エラストマーフィルムの所定温度、キャリヤー 材料の所定温度、およびキャリヤー材料のフィルムに対する所定量の接触圧力に 依存する、請求項14に記載の方法。 16.キャリヤー材料が、圧力差動に伴ういかなる障害または妨害が最小になる ように、所定の位置でフィルム上に供給される、請求項12に記載の方法。 17.キャリヤー材料がフィルムの頂面上に供給されるとき追加の熱がフィルム に供給される、請求項12に記載の方法。 18.キャリヤー材料が、フィルム上に供給される前に加熱される、請求項12に 記載の方法。 19.キャリヤー材料が、フィルム上に供給される前に冷却される、請求項12に 記載の方法。
