Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱交換器であって、前記熱交換器の注入口から前記熱交換器の排出口まで延 在する直列の流路と、前記直列流路内に配置され、蒸気を前記流路から排出する 複数の蒸気/液体分離器とを有することを特徴とする熱交換器。 2.前記蒸気/液体分離器がE型の形状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の熱交換器。 3.前記蒸気/液体分離器が二相注入口、蒸気排出口並びに二相排出口を備え、 また前記二相注入口が前記蒸気排出口の上側に位置し、前記二相排出口が前記蒸 気排出口の下側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 4.前記流路が分離器を備えない第1の部分と、前記分離器を備える第2の部分 とを有し、2つの前記部分は概ね長さにおいて等しいことを特徴とする請求項3 に記載の熱交換器。 5.前記分離器が、前記熱交換器排出口までの距離に比例して徐々に互いに近接 して配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱交換器。 6.前記蒸気注入口が前記注入口周囲に障壁を備えることを特徴とする請求項3 に記載の熱交換器。 7.前記二相注入口において蒸気膨張器を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記 載の熱交換器。 8.前記分離器が、前記熱交換器に渡って一定の冷却効果を保持するように成形 され、かつ配置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換器。 9.前記二相注入口において蒸気膨張器を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記 載の熱交換器。 10.前記分離器が、前記熱交換器排出口からの距離に比例して徐々に 互いに近接しで配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 11.前記蒸気/液体分離器がE型の形状をなすことを特徴とする請求項10に 記載の熱交換器。 12.蒸気状態及び液体状態を有する第1の流体と第2の流体との間で熱を交換 するための方法であって、 前記第1の流体を流路内に配向する過程と、 前記第2の流体と前記流路内にある前記液体状態の前記第1の流体との間で熱 を交換する過程と、 前記蒸気状態が形成されるのに応じて、前記流路から前記蒸気状態の前記第1 の流体を排出する過程とを有することを特徴とする方法。 13.前記第1の流体を排出する過程が、前記蒸気を前記第1の流体から分離す る過程と、前記蒸気を蒸気排出口に配向する過程と、前記液体状態の第1の流体 を第1の流体排出口に配向する過程とを有することを特徴とする請求項12に記 載の方法。 14.前記排出過程に先行して前記第1の流体を膨張させる過程をさらに有する ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 15.前記第1の流体の経路内に障壁を設ける過程をさらに有することを特徴と する請求項13に記載の方法。 16.蒸気/液体分離器であって、排出口上に垂直に位置する注入口を前記排出 口に接続し、また前記注入口と前記排出口との間の中間の高さにおいて前記流路 の内側に配置される中間蒸気排出口を備える曲線状の流路を備えることを特徴と する蒸気/液体分離器。 17.前記注入口が前記曲線をなす流路の直径より小さい直径を有することを特 徴とする請求項16に記載の蒸気/液体分離器。 18.前記中間蒸気排出口周囲の前記曲線状流路内に障壁をさらに備えることを 特徴とする請求項17に記載の蒸気/流体分離器。 19.前記中間蒸気排出口周囲の前記曲線状流路内に障壁をさらに備えることを 特徴とする請求項16に記載の蒸気/液体分離器。 20.複数のUベンドを有する管式熱交換器を改修する方法であって、 選択されたUベンドを除去する過程と、 前記選択されたUベンドをE型蒸気/液体分離器に置き換える過程とを有する ことを特徴とする方法。
