Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.多数のハニカムと断熱体とを備えたハニカム体において、断熱体(3、23 、33、43、53)が互いに積層および/又は巻回された多数の絶縁板金層( 4、7、14、24、34、44)を有し、これらの絶縁板金層(4、7、14 、24、34、44)がそれらに形成されたミクロパターン(5)によって絶縁 板金層(4、7、14、24、34、44)間に中間空間が生ずるように相互に 支持され、ミクロパターン(5)が15〜250μmの高さを有していることを 特徴とするハニカム体。 2.断熱体(3、23、33、43、53)がハニカム(2)を一部だけ包囲し ていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハニカム体。 3.排気ガス、特に内燃機関、特にガソリンエンジンの排気ガスを触媒変換する ためのコンバータであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のハニカム体。 4.絶縁板金層(4、7、14、24、34、44)が少なくとも部分的に互い に接合技術で結合、特にろう付けされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3 のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体。 5.ハニカム(2)が金属ハニカム壁を有していることを特徴とする請求項1な いし4のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体。 6.金属ハニカム壁が少なくとも部分的に互いに接合技術で結合され特にろう付 けされていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のハニカム体。 7.金属ハニカム壁の材料および絶縁板金層(4、7、14、24、34、44 )の材料が互いに異なり、特に前者の材料が800℃以上の温度で耐食性を有し 、後者の材料が弱い耐食性を有していることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記 載のハニカム体。 8.ハニカム壁の一部が少なくとも一つの絶縁板金層(4、7、14、24、3 4、44)に接合技術で結合、特にろう付けされていることを特徴とする請求項 5ないし7のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体。 9.外被管(6)を有し、この外被管の管内室にハニカム(2)が設けられてい ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体。 10.外被管(6)を有し、断熱体(3、23、33、43、53)がこの外被 管(6)の外側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか 1つに記載のハニカム体。 11.最も外側の絶縁板金層(7)がその内側にある絶縁板金層(4、14、2 4、34、44)より厚くされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のい ずれか1つに記載のハニカム体。 12.外被管(6)を有し、この外被管の管内室に断熱体(3、23、33、4 3、53)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれか1 つに記載のハニカム体。 13.絶縁板金層(4、14、24、34、44)がスパイラル状に巻回された 一枚の帯状板金(11、12)の一部であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし1 2のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体。 14.断熱体(33)が二枚の帯状板金(11、12)を有し、その少なくとも 一枚にミクロパターン(5)が形成され、両帯状板金(11、12)がスパイラ ル状に巻回され絡み合わされていることを特徴とする請求項13記載のハニカム 体。 15.ハニカム(2)が少なくとも一部に加熱可能な壁を有していることを特徴 とする請求項1ないし14のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体。 16.断熱体(3、23、33、43、53)の端面(10)に多数の絶縁板金 層(4、7、14、24、34、44)の縁が位置し、絶縁板金層(4、7、1 4、24、34、44)がその端面(10)の近くで少なくとも部分的に互いに 接続され、絶縁板金層間の中間空間と断熱体(3、23、33、43、53)の 周囲との間における空気流が防止または阻止されていることを特徴とする請求項 1ないし15のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体。 17.中間空間のすべてあるいは一部が空気をしゃ断および真空引きされている ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし16のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体。 18.絶縁板金層(4、7、14、24、34、44)の少なくとも一部特に少 なくとも断熱体(3、23、33、43、53)の外側にある絶縁板金層(4、 7、14、24、34、44)が熱放射に対して0.1より小さな放射率を有し ていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし17のいずれか1つに記載のハニカム体 。 19.絶縁板金層(14)の表面にこの絶縁板金層(16)と異なった材料から 成る非放射材料層(15)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項18記載の ハニカム体。 20.少なくとも一つ、好適にはすべてのミクロパターン(5)付き絶縁板金層 (14、24、34、44)においてミクロパターン(5)が互いに平行に延び る少なくとも一群のリブを有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし19のい ずれか1つに記載のハニカム体。 21.各群のミクロパターン(5)が1〜20mm、特に5〜15mmの相互間 隔を有していることを特徴とする請求項20記載のハニカム体。 22.ミクロパターン(5)が互いに交差して延びる二つの群のリブを有してい ることを特徴とする請求項20又は21記載のハニカム体。 23.少なくとも一つの共通の中間空間を有する少なくとも一対の絶縁板金層( 4、7、14、24、34、44)を備えたハニカム体において、一対の絶縁板 金層がそれぞれその一群のリブによって相互に支持され、それらのリブが互いに 交差方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項20又は21記載のハニカム体。
