Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一部分は構造が設けられたシート層(18)である、積重ねられ たおよび/または巻かれたシート層(17;18)を有する、ハニカム本体(1 ;21)、特に触媒コンバータキャリヤ本体であって、該シート層(17;18 )の一部分は第1の厚さ(a)でありかつ該シート層(17;18)の一部分は 該第1の厚さ(a)よりも厚い第2の厚さ(b)であり、 該ハニカム本体(1;21)がその内部に、少なくとも1つは構造が設けられ たシート層(18)でありかつ関連する材料を密着させる手順によって少なくと も場所ごとに互いに接続される、第2の厚さ(b)の少なくとも2つのシート層 (17;18)から形成された、格子状構造(4;14)を含むことを特徴とす る、ハニカム本体(1;21)。 2.該ハニカム本体(1;21)の内部における通路壁部表面の大半が、第2の 厚さ(b)のシート層(3)よりはむしろ第1の厚さ(a)のシート層(2)で 形成されており、該第2の厚さ(b)は該第1の厚さ(a)よりも少なくとも2 0%厚いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハニカム本体。 3.該第1の厚さ(a)が、15μmと50μmとの間の値、好ましくは、約2 0〜30μmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のハニカム本体。 4.チューブ状ケーシング(6)を含み、その内部にシート層(17;18)が 配された、ハニカム本体であって、 該格子状構造(4;14)が、複数のケーシング接続場所(8)を有し、その 各場所において、第2の厚さ(b)のシート層(17;18)の少なくともそれ ぞれ1層が、該チューブ状ケーシング(6)に接続されることを特徴とする、請 求項1から3のいずれかに記載のハニカム本体。 5.2つのケーシング接続場所(8)が、該格子状構造(4;14)によって互 いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のハニカム本体。 6.該第2の厚さ(b)のシート層(3)が、該第1の厚さ(a)の隣接する積 重ねられたおよび/または巻かれたシート層(2)に、関連する材料を密着させ る手順によって接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載 のハニカム本体。 7.該格子状構造(4)の少なくとも1つの構造が設けられたシート層(18) が、波形のシート層であって、その波形の頂部の少なくとも1部分が、材料を密 着させる手順によって、第2の厚さ(b)を有する隣接する滑らかなシート層( 17)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のハニ カム本体。 8.該格子状壁構造(14)が、断面で、渦状腕の態様で延びる線にほぼ沿って 、好ましくは伸開線にほぼ沿って、延びることを特徴とする、請求項1から7の いずれかに記載のハニカム本体。 9.該ハニカム本体(21)が、複数の格子構造の渦状腕(14)を有し、かつ 、該渦状腕(14)が、らせんの核(7)の領域において互いに接続されており 、該渦状腕(14)は、それらの間に、該らせんの核(7)において好ましくは ほぼ等しい角度(α)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のハニカム本体 。 10.該シート層(17;18)が反対方向に巻付けられたスタックを有するハ ニカム本体であって、 該格子状壁構造(4)が該スタックのほぼ中央に配置されることを特徴とする 、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のハニカム本体。
