Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体がそれを通じて流れることができ、その少なくとも1部分が第1の厚さ の通路壁部(2)で互いに境界が定められおよび/または隔てられ、かつその少 なくとも1部分が第2の厚さの通路壁部(3)で互いに境界を定められおよび/ または隔てられる、複数の通路(7)を有する、押出し成形されたハニカム本体 (11;21;31;41;51)、特に触媒コンバータキャリヤ本体であって 、該第1の厚さは該第2の厚さよりも薄く、該ハニカム本体(11;21;31 ;41;51)はそれを安定にしかつ該第2の厚さの通路壁部(3)で形成され ている壁構造(14;24;34;44;54)を有し、 該安定用壁構造(14;24;34;44;54)は、該ハニカム本体の縁部 の局所構造に対して直交するように、該ハニカム本体(11;21;31;41 ;51)の外側から内部へと延びるか、または、該ハニカム本体(11;21; 31;41;51)を通じて延びる、該第2の厚さの複数のほぼまっすぐな壁部 分(13,23,33)を有することを特徴とする、ハニカム本体(11;21 ;31;41;51)。 2.複数の壁部分(13,23)がハニカム本体(11;21;31;41)の 内部を、外側から反対側に配された外側へと通過することを特徴とする、請求項 1に記載のハニカム本体。 3.複数の壁部分(13,23)が、ハニカム本体(1;11)の内部で、それ らが互いに接続される共通のノード(5)にまで少なくとも延びることを特徴と する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハニカム本体。 4.該安定用壁構造(14)は、該ノード(5)を交差する少なくとも4つの壁 部分(13)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のハニカム本体。 5.ハニカム本体(11)の断面において、該少なくとも4つの壁部分(13) が、それらの間にノード(5)においてほぼ等しい角度(α)を含むことを特徴 とする、請求項4に記載のハニカム本体。 6.ほぼ回転対称の外側表面を有し、かつ、その通路(7)が回転の軸にほぼ平 行な関係でそれを通過するハニカム本体であって、 該ノード(5)が回転軸のほぼ上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5に 記載のハニカム本体。 7.該ハニカム本体(11;21;31;41;51)の内部における該通路壁 部表面の大半部分が、第2の厚さの通路壁部(3)ではなく第1の厚さの通路壁 部(2)によって形成され、かつ、該第1の厚さが該第2の厚さよりも少なくと も20%薄いことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のハニカム本 体。 8.該第1の厚さが、20μmと60μmとの間の値、好ましくは、約30μm であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のハニカム本体。 9.該配列のまわりに閉じた構成で延びる複数の壁部分(12)が、ハニカム本 体(11)の外部周縁部に対して種々のそれぞれほぼ一定の間隙で配され、よっ て、断面において扇形をした領域が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から 8のいずれかに記載のハニカム本体。 10.該配列のまわりに閉じた構成で延びる該壁部分(12)の少なくとも1部 分が、第1の厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のハニカム本体。 11.更なる通路壁部(2)が、該配列のまわりに閉じた構成で延びる該壁部分 (12)に対して直交するように、該扇形領域を細分することを特徴とする、請 求項9または請求項10に記載のハニカム本体。 12.すべての通路(7)の断面積がほぼ等しいことを特徴とする、請求項11 に記載のハニカム本体。 13.流体がそれを通じて流れることができ、その少なくとも1部分が第1の厚 さの通路壁部(2)で互いに境界を定められおよび/または隔てられ、かつその 少なくとも1部分が第2の厚さの通路壁部(3)で互いに境界を定められおよび /または隔てられている、複数の通路(7)を有する、押出し成形されたハニカ ム本体(11;21;31)、特に触媒コンバータキャリヤ本体であって、該第 1の厚さは該第2の厚さよりも薄く、かつ、該ハニカム本体(11;21;31 )は、それを安定させかつ該第2の厚さの通路壁部(3)で形成されている壁構 造(14;24;34)を有し、 該安定用壁構造(14;24;34)が、該ハニカム本体(11;21;31 )の縁部におけるそれぞれの場所から該ハニカム本体(11;21;31)の 内部を通じて、該縁部における別の場所へと延びる、該第2の厚さの複数のほぼ まっすぐな壁部分(13;23)を有することを特徴とする、ハニカム本体(1 1;21;31)。
