Claims (20)
- 流体が貫流可能な通路(10)を持つ半径方向の部分領域(9)を備えたハニカム体(6)の製造方法であって、
前記部分領域(9)は環状であり、前記ハニカム体(6)は単一の金属層(1、13、14)で形成されているものにおいて、
前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)から平滑な区域(2)と構造化された区域(3)とを形成するステップと、
前記平滑な区域(2)と前記構造化された区域(3)が交互に入れ替わるように前記平滑な区域(2)と前記構造化された区域(3)を折り畳むステップと、
前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)の1つを外側の外套管(7)の少なくとも1つの取付点(16)に固定するステップと、
前記平滑な区域(2)と前記構造化された区域(3)を前記外側の外套管(7)に伸開線状に結合するステップと、
を少なくとも有し、
前記平滑な区域(2)は少なくとも1つの第1の区域長(19)を有し、
前記構造化した区域(3)は前記第1の区域長(19)とは異なる第2の区域長(20)を有しており、前記構造化が波形構造であることを特徴とするハニカム体(6)の製造方法。 - 前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)の1つを内側の外套管(8)と結合し、製造時に前記外側の外套管(7)および前記内側の外套管(8)相互の相対的な回転を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記内側の外套管(8)を捩り補助具として挿入し、前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)の1つと前記内側の外套管(8)は取外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記回転の後に前記内側の外套管(8)を取り外すことを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 各前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)の前記平滑な区域(2)と前記構造化された区域(3)を折り線(4)によって分離し、2つ目毎の前記折り線(4)を前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)の一方の側に位置させ、前記折り線(4)のうち少なくとも1つは少なくとも1つの取付点(16)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記構造(18)を周期的に前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)に刻印し、前記構造(18)は構造反復長(11、12)を有し、前記構造反復長(12)を前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)の少なくとも1つの個所で拡大させることを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記構造化された区域(3)に少なくとも1つの切欠き(15)を刻設することを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記切欠き(15)を、折畳み後に連続する空所(21)が生じるように前記平滑な区域(2)と前記構造化した区域(3)に刻設することを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)を区切っている前記構造化した区域(3)を、その他の区域よりも短く形成することを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記取付点(16)における前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)の取付を、物質接合による方法で行うことを特徴とする請求項1から9の1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記ハニカム体(6)の部分領域で次の結合のうち少なくとも1つを物質接合によって生成することを特徴とする請求項1から10の1つに記載の方法。
a)前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)と前記内側の外套管(8)との結合、
b)前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)と前記外側の外套管(7)との結合、
c)前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)自体の結合、および
d)前記単一の金属層(1、13)と隣接する前記単一の金属層(1、14)との結合。 - 流体が貫流可能な通路(10)を持つ半径方向の部分領域(9)を有するハニカム体(6)であって、
前記部分領域(9)は環状であり、
前記ハニカム体(6)は単一の金属層(1、13、14)で形成され、
前記単一の金属層(1,13,14)は少なくとも1つの取付け点(16)で外側の外套管(7)に取り付けられ、
前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)は、交互に入れ替わる実質的に平滑な区域(2)と構造化された区域(3)とが形成され、
前記平滑な区域(2)と前記構造化された区域(3)は前記外側の外套管(7)に伸開線状に結合されており、
前記平滑な区域(2)は少なくとも1つの第1の区域長(19)を有し、
前記構造化した区域(3)は前記第1の区域長(19)とは異なる第2の区域長(20)を有しており、前記構造化が波形構造であることを特徴とするハニカム体。 - 前記構造化した区域(3)が1つの構造幅のみを有することを特徴とする請求項12記載のハニカム体。
- 少なくとも1つの内側の外套管(8)が形成され、該内側の外套管(8)と少なくと1つの前記単一の金属層(1)が少なくとも部分領域で結合されたことを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載のハニカム体。
- 各々の前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)の前記平滑な区域(2)と前記構造化された区域(3)は折り線(4)によって分離され、2つ目ごとの前記折り線(4)が前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)の一方の側に位置し、前記折り線(4)の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも部分領域で外側の外套管(7)と結合されたことを特徴とする請求項12から14の1つに記載のハニカム体。
- 前記構造化された区域(3)の前記構造(18)は構造反復長(11、12)を有し、前記構造反復長(12)は前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)の少なくとも1つの個所で拡大されたことを特徴とする請求項12から15の1つに記載のハニカム体。
- 少なくとも1つの前記構造化された区域(3)が少なくとも1つの切欠き(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項12から16の1つに記載のハニカム体。
- 平滑な区域(2)と構造化された区域(3)が連続する空所(21)を形成する切欠き(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項17記載のハニカム体。
- 前記取付点(16)で物質接合による結合が成立していることを特徴とする請求項12から18の1つに記載のハニカム体。
- 次の結合のうち少なくとも1つが物質接合による結合を含むことを特徴とする請求項12から19の1つに記載のハニカム体。
a)前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)と前記内側の外套管(8)との結合、
b)前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)と前記外側の外套管(7)との結合、
c)前記単一の金属層(1、13、14)それ自体の結合、および
d)前記単一の金属層(1、13)と隣接する前記単一の金属層(1、14)との結合。
