Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 押し出し可能製品の製造方法であって、ここで、押し出される材料を、1 種類以上の供給装置(6)を使用することにより、粉末、ペレット又は顆粒の形 態で、回転子(1)の溝(7)、固定子(2、3)の溝(8)及びそれらの間の 隙間、の容積からなる加工キャビティ中へ供給する方法で、前記のキャビティの 断面積が、押し出し機の軸に沿って少なくとも部分的には連続して減少し、そし て固定子(2、3)及び回転子(1)の相対的回転運動により、前記の材料がx −軸に沿って強制的に前進させられ、それにより、せん断によりもたらされた摩 擦熱が、主として非溶融粒子及びそれらの周囲の幾らかの溶融物からなる床を形 成している材料の一部を溶融し、それにより機器の末端から離れた、ある横断面 において完全に充填されている加工キャビティの形成、及び従ってx−軸に沿っ た後方でダイを通って材料を押し出すのに要するものより高いレベルへの圧力の 上昇、を可能にする、ことを特徴とする方法。 2. 具体的には、回転子(1)の全長の大体中間、好ましくはねじの長さの1 /3ないし2/3内において、少なくともせん断領域が終結するまで、加工キャ ビティの容積がx−軸に沿って減少することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記 載の方法。 3. せん断領域以後の加工キャビティの容積が一定に保たれるか又は増加する ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第2項記載の方法。 4. 溶融粒子及び非溶融の可能性のある粒子からなる材料がせん断領域以後の 部分で、均質化され、混合されるが、溝の幾何学構造が、そのせん断速度がせん 断領域におけるより低いように製造されていることを特徴とする、前記の請求の 範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. せん断領域以後の材料の圧力が実質的には増加しないことを特徴とする、 請求の範囲第4項記載の方法。 6. 材料を環状溝(7’)を通って、螺旋状の溝の新規のセット中に流入させ ることにより、溝(7)に沿った材料の流速を変動させることを特徴とする、前 記の請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の方法。 7. 押し出し材料がごく僅かに加工されるので、材料を加熱するための可能な 方法の前の、押し出し機の押出端において、材料流が、方法の過程で実施される 連続的焼結の期間中に、主として表面で相互に連結されている一部非溶融の粒子 を含んでなることを特徴とする、前記の請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の方法。 8. 機器の押出端から到達する熱フラックスが、材料を早過ぎて溶融しないよ うに、供給部分で回転子(1)及び/又は固定子(2、3)を冷却することを特 徴とする、前記の請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の方法。 9. 加熱装置(12)内の材料の温度を、押し出し機内の材料の温度よりも高 く上昇させることを特徴とする、前記の請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の方法。 10. 加熱装置(12)の温度及び、加熱装置(12)の影響領域における材 料の滞留時間を、押出材料流が大部分均質化されるように調整することを特徴と する、請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 11. 製品(11)の中央部に、その末端に捩り棒(14)があるマンドレル (10)があり、該マンドレル(10)が、既に硬化した製品(11)の内面に 対し静止している捩り棒(14)により、その場でそれを曲げることにより中心 に配置される、ことを特徴とする、前記の請 求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の方法。 12. 押し出しプラスチック製品の製造機器で、該機器が、少なくとも1個の 回転子(1)及び少なくとも1個の固定子(2、3)、及びそれらの間の供給隙 間(4)、を含んでなり、回転子(1)が回転する時に、押し出し材料を機器か ら押し出すために供給隙間(4)の反対側上に溝(7)が提供されており、溝( 7)の横断面は実質的に不変であり、そして、少なくとも隙間の一部分にわたり 供給隙間(4)の反対側上に逆溝(8)が提供されており、逆溝のねじ山が、供 給隙間(4)の反対側上に提供された溝(7)と回り方向が反対である機器で、 供給部分以後に、せん断領域があり、せん断領域の実質的に全長に沿って逆溝( 8)が配置されていること、並びに回転子(1)の溝(7)、固定子(2、3) の溝(8)及びそれらの間の隙間、の容積からなる加工キャビティの断面積が、 押し出し機の軸に沿って、少なくとも部分的には、連続して減少すること、を特 徴とする機器。 13. 回転子(1)及び固定子(2、3)が円筒状であること、並びに、逆溝 (8)の横断面がせん断領域の末端に向かって実質的に均等に減少すること、を 特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項記載の機器。 14. 逆溝(8)の幅が、供給隙間(4)の反対側上に提供された溝(7)の 間のねじ山(7a)の幅より小さいことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項又は 第13項記載の機器。 15. 逆溝(8)の幅が供給隙間(4)の反対側上に提供された溝(7)の幅 より、約30ないし50%小さいことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項ないし 第14項のいずれか1項記載の機器。 16. 逆溝(8)の勾配が約1ないし90°、好ましくは、供給隙間 (4)の反対側上の溝(7)の勾配の半分、最も好ましくは、3ないし10°で あることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項ないし第15項のいずれか1項記載 の機器。 17. 供給隙間(4)が、材料の供給方向の末端における供給隙間(4)の直 径が、材料の押出端に、より近いその直径よりも大きく、そして、円錐形のより 広い部分の直径の、より狭い部分の直径に対する比率が、押し出し材料の固体素 材の密度の、素材のかさ密度に対する比率に大体等しいように、少なくともその 全長の一部分において円錐形であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項又は 第14項ないし第16項までのいずれか1項記載の機器。 18. 材料を、機器の軸方向及び/又は円周方向に、別々に配置されている数 基の供給装置(6)により、供給隙間(4)に供給することができることを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第17項記載の機器。 19. 溝(7)の幅の、その深さに対する比率が2と7の間であることを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第17項又は第18項記載の機器。 20. 溝(7)が実質的に半円形の断面をもつことを特徴とする、請求の範囲 第12項ないし第19項のいずれか1項記載の機器。 21. 溝(7)が実質的に三角形の断面をもつことを特徴とする、請求の範囲 第12項から第19項のいずれか1項記載の機器。 22. 回転子(1)と固定子(2、3)との間の隙間が、ねじ山(7a)の後 方末端におけるよりもねじ山(7a)の前方末端でより大きいように、溝(7) のねじ山(7a)の少なくとも数個が傾斜されていることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第21項記載の機器。 23. 回転子(1)の外側に、外側固定子(2)があり、そして内側 に、内側固定子(3)があること、並びに、材料が回転子(1)の外側及び内側 の両方に同一の供給装置(6)により供給され、ただし、回転子(1)が、1個 おきの供給隙間(13)を通って回転子(1)の外側に材料を供給し、1個おき の隙間を通って、回転子の内側に供給するようになっているベベル(13a)を 伴う供給隙間(13)を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項ない し第22項までのいずれか1項記載の機器。 24. 材料を、力供給ねじである供給装置(6)により供給隙間(4)に供給 することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項ないし第23項のいずれか1項記載 の機器。 25. 回転子(1)及び固定子(2、3)が、非常に摩耗抵抗性の被覆物質で 被覆されており、そしてそれらが製造されている材料が工具鋼よりも良好な熱伝 導性をもつことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項ないし第24項のいずれか1 項記載の機器。 26. せん断領域後に、回転子(1)の溝(7)及び固定子(2、3)の溝( 8)が同方向回りであることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12項ないし第25項 のいずれか1項に記載の機器。 27. バリヤープラスチックが、それが積層構造を形成するように、製品(1 1)中に配置されていることを特徴とする、それに1ないし30%のバリヤープ ラスチックが添加されている母材プラスチックを含有する、プラスチック製品。 28. 母材プラスチックがポリエチレンであり、バリヤープラスチックがポリ エチレンと溶接可能なポリアミドであることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第27項 記載のプラスチック製品。 29. 母材プラスチックがポリエチレンであり、バリヤープラスチックがポリ プロピレンであることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第27項記載のプラスチック製 品。 30. バリヤープラスチックが脂肪族ポリケトンであることを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第27項記載のプラスチック製品。 31. 母材プラスチックが架橋ポリエチレンであることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第27項ないし第30項のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック製品。 32. 母材プラスチック及びバリヤープラスチックが相互に混合しないことを 特徴とする、請求の範囲第27項ないし第31項のいずれか1項に記載のプラス チック製品。 33. 外側層の架橋結合の残留生成物が、バリヤー層により、製品の内面に移 行することができないように、外側層がより厚く、そして架橋ポリエチレンから 製造されており、そして内側層の材料がバリヤープラスチックであることを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第17項記載の機器により製造された多重層のプラスチック 製品。 34. バリヤープラスチックが脂肪族ポリケトンであることを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第33項記載のプラスチック製品。 35. プラスチック製品が主として、200 000g/モル、好ましくは3 00 000g/モルを越える分子量をもつ架橋ポリエチレンからなることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲第12項記載の機器により製造されたプラスチック製品。
