- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アミノ酸配列SEQ.ID.NO:2もしくは4に対する配列コードを有する単離核酸 分子。 2.アミノ酸配列SEQ.ID.NO:2もしくは4に対する核酸配列コードに相補的な配 列を有する単離核酸分子。 3.アミノ酸配列SEQ.ID.NO:2もしくは4に対する核酸配列コードに相補的な配 列を有する核酸分子に厳密な条件下でハイブリダイズ可能な配列を有する単離核 酸分子。 4.DNA分子である請求項1に記載の核酸分子。 5.DNA分子である請求項2に記載の核酸分子。 6.DNA分子である請求項3に記載の核酸分子。 7.ヌクレオチド配列SEQ.ID.NO:1を有する単離DNA分子。 8.ヌクレオチド配列SEQ.ID.NO:3を有する単離DNA分子。 9.ヌクレオチド配列SEQ.ID.NO:5を有する単離DNA分子。 10.ヌクレオチド配列SEQ.ID.NO:6を有する単離DNA分子。 11.ヌクレオチド配列SEQ.ID.NO:7を有する単離DNA分子。 12.ヌクレオチド配列SEQ.ID.NO:8を有する単離DNA分子。 13.アミノ酸配列SEQ.ID.NO:2を有する単離ポリペプチド。 14.アミノ酸配列SEQ.ID.NO:4を有する単離ポリペプチド。 15.a. アミノ酸配列SEQ.ID.NO:2もしくは4に対する配列コードを有する核 酸分子; b. アミノ酸配列SEQ.ID.NO:2もしくは4に対する配列コードを有する核 酸分子に相補的な配列を有する核酸分子;または c. アミノ酸配列SEQ.ID.NO:2もしくは4に対する配列コードを有する核 酸分子に相補的な配列を有する核酸分子に、厳密な条件下でハイブリダイズ可能 な配列を有する核酸分子 から成る発現ベクター。 16.さらに、複製起点、プロモーターおよび転写ターミネーション配列を包含 する請求項15に記載の発現ベクター。 17.さらに、選別可能なマーカー配列を包含する請求項16に記載の発現ベク ター。 18.真菌染色体中に組み込むことが可能な請求項16に記載の発現ベクター。 19.DNA配列SEQ.ID.NO:1もしくは3を有する請求項15に記載の発現ベク ター。 20.プラスミドである請求項15に記載の発現ベクター。 21.請求項15に記載の発現ベクターを含有する宿主細胞。 22.請求項18に記載の発現ベクターを含有する宿主細胞。 23.請求項19に記載の発現ベクターを含有する宿主細胞。 24.真核である、請求項21に記載の宿主細胞。 25.真核である、請求項22に記載の宿主細胞。 26.セファロスポリンエステラーゼ活性を有するポリペプチドを産出する方法 であって、ポリペプチドの発現を起こす条件下で請求項21に記載の宿主細胞を 培養することから成る方法。 27.大腸菌、ロドスポリジウム・トルロイド、セファロスポリン・アクレモニ ウムおよびペニシリウム・クリソゲナムの各種からなる群から選ばれる請求項2 1に記載の宿主細胞。 28.セファロスポリン・アクレモニウム種である請求項21に記載の宿主細胞 。
