Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.繊維長に沿っておよび繊維から繊維への断面直径および断面形状における 可変性を特徴とするリヨセル繊維。 2.10,000倍の倍率で見られたときおよび図8および図12において見 られるように均一にじゃり肌の表面を有する繊維を含む請求項1記載のリヨセル 繊維。 3.繊維約1本分の直径を超える振幅および繊維直径の約5倍を超える周期を 有する不規則なクリンプを有する請求項1記載のリヨセル繊維。 4.繊維が、繊維長に沿っておよび繊維から繊維に、断面直径および断面形状 において可変性を有することを特徴とする、遠心紡糸プロセスにより製造される リヨセル繊維。 5.10,000倍の倍率で見られるときおよび図8において見られるように 均一にじゃり肌の表面を有する繊維を含む請求項4記載のリヨセル繊維。 6.繊維約1本分の直径を超える振幅および繊維直径の約5倍を超える周期を 有する不規則なクリンプを有する請求項4記載のリヨセル繊維。 7.繊維が、繊維長に沿っておよび繊維から繊維に、断面直径および断面形状 において可変性を有することを特徴とする、溶融ブロープロセスにより製造され るリヨセル繊維。 8.10,000倍の倍率で見られるときおよび図12において見られるよう に均一にじゃり肌の表面を有する繊維を含む請求項7記載のリヨセル繊維。 9.繊維約1本分の直径を超える振幅および繊維直径の約5倍を超える周期を 有する不規則なクリンプを有する請求項7記載のリヨセル繊維。 10.セルロース溶液の多数のストランドを受け入れ表面上に堆積させ、次い でセルロースを再生させることにより形成されるリヨセル不織布。 11.繊維が自己結合する請求項10記載のリヨセル不織布。 12.繊維が水力交絡、接着バインダーからなる方法およびこれらの方法の組 み合わせにより結合する請求項10記載のリヨセル不織布。 13.セルロース溶液のストランドが溶融ブロープロセスにより形成される請 求項10記載のリヨセル布帛。 14.セルロース溶液のストランドが遠心紡糸プロセスにより形成される請求 項10記載のリヨセル布帛。 15.セルロースドープを形成するためにアミンオキシド溶剤中にセルロース を溶解する工程、前駆繊維ストランドを形成し、伸長させるためにドープを溶融 ブローする工程、およびリヨセル繊維を形成するためにストランドを再生する工 程を含むリヨセル繊維を形成する方法。 16.溶剤がN−メチルモルホリン−N−オキシドの水性溶液である請求項1 5記載の方法。 17.繊維が紡糸結合により形成される請求項15記載の方法。 18.セルロースドープを形成するためにアミンオキシド溶剤中にセルロース を溶解する工程、前駆繊維ストランドを形成し、伸長させるためにドープを遠心 紡糸する工程、およびリヨセル繊維を形成するためにストランドを再生する工程 を含むリヨセル繊維を形成する方法。 19.溶剤がN−メチルモルホリン−N−オキシドの水性溶液である請求項1 8記載の方法。 20.約0.5を超えない平均デニールを有するリヨセル繊維。 21.繊維が、前記繊維の少なくとも一部が約1デニール未満であってさまざ まな直径の混合物を含む、請求項1、4または7のいずれか1項記載のリヨセル 繊維。 22.非セルロース性ポリマーを有するセルロースの混合物を含む請求項1、 4または7のいずれか1項記載のリヨセル繊維。 23.請求項1、4または7のいずれが1項記載の多数の繊維を含む紡糸され たヤーン。
