Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 引っ掻き抵抗層を支持している少なくとも1枚のプラスチックフィルムを 含んでいる表皮でコーティングされたプラスチック製コアを含んでいることを特 徴とする、少なくとも部分的に透明であり、ガラスと同等の光学的品質を有して いる製品。 2. 表皮の厚さが多くとも500μm、好ましくは10〜100μmであり、 さらに表皮が特にポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリ(メチルメタクリレ ート)、エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)、ポ リウレタン、ポリビニルブチラール若しくはシクロオレフィン共重合体から作ら れている1又は2枚以上の透明な熱成形可能なプラスチックフィルムから構成さ れており、少なくとも1つの機能層がこれらのフィルムの間に挟まれている、又 はそれらの上に設けられており、これらのフィルムの少なくとも1枚自体が1つ のそうした機能層を構成していてもよいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製 品。 3. 引っ掻き抵抗層の厚さが1〜10μmの間であること、及びこの引っ掻き 抵抗層が、本質的に無機質であり、特に、ポ リシロキサン類から構成され、及び/又はシリカ及び/又はアルミナを主材とし ているか、又はケイ素−炭素結合によって相互に結合されている絡み合った無機 分子鎖及び有機分子鎖の網から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は 2に記載の製品。 4. 表皮の外面が疎水性/疎油性であること、及び表皮を構成する外層が特に フッ素化ポリシランタイプの疎水性/疎油性物質を含有しており、前記外層が、 前記疎水性/疎油性物質が配合されている前記引っ掻き抵抗層から構成されてい るか、又は、2〜50nmの厚さを有し、本質的に前記疎水性/疎油性物質から 構成されていてグラフティングによって得られるような薄層から構成されている か、或いは又、ポリ(フッ化ビニル)若しくはポリ(フッ化ビニリデン)タイプ のフィルム上に支持されている前記疎水性/疎油性物質の層から構成されている ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の製品。 5. 前記表皮が製品の表面の全部若しくは一部を被覆している少なくとも1つ の装飾層及び/又はマスキング層を含んでおり、この層が好ましくは引っ掻き抵 抗層を支持しているフィルムのすぐ下に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求 項1〜4 のいずれかに記載の製品。 6. 前記表皮が、特に製品のコアと直接接触することが意図された表皮内面を 構成している少なくとも1つの接着層を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1 〜5のいずれかに記載の製品。 7. 前記表皮が例えば特に銀をベースとする金属薄層である1又は2以上の光 学的選択層を含んでおり、これらの選択層が2〜35nmの厚さであって、誘電 層によって相互に、かつ隣接する他の層又はフィルムから分離されていることを 特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製品。 8. 前記コアが、ポリカーボネート、ポリ(メチルメタクリレート)、エチレ ン/酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)、ポリウレタン、シ クロオレフィン共重合体又はアイオマー樹脂のような熱可塑性材料、又はポリウ レタン、不飽和ポリエステル、エチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体タイプの熱硬化性 若しくは熱架橋結性材料、又はこれらのプラスチック材料の同種又は数種の組み 合せから構成されており、ただし、このようにして構成されたコアは前記表皮と 化学的に適合性であり、組立てた全体に必要な機械的性質を与えることができる ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の製品。 9. 凸面を形成していること、及び特に調整光学的性質を有している自動車用 窓ガラスを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の製品。 10. 引っ掻き抵抗層が最終的にいかなるひび割れも伴わない表面外観を有し ていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の製品。 11. ・ 第1に、表皮の構成成分をほぼ平らに置くこと、又は、特にスパッ タリング法若しくは蒸着法タイプの真空蒸着法と組み合わせてもよいスクリーン 印刷、フレキソ印刷、インクジェット印刷、レーザー印刷、浸漬コーティング又 はスプレー法によって展間可能な形状の装置から供給することによって表皮の構 成成分を組み立てること、及び適切な場合は表皮の構成成分を多かれ少なかれ圧 密化することを目的として処理すること、 ・ 第2に、金型面及び表皮における応力を緩和するように任意で備えられる 特に吹込又は吸引によって前記金型面に合わせて表皮の少なくとも一部を成形す るための補助手段によって、完全に又は部分的に支持されている表皮に好ましく は100〜 300℃の温度で加熱処理を施すこと、及びそれらのいくつかの構成成分を架橋 結合させること、及び ・ 第3に、表皮を構成する引っ掻き抵抗層及び/又は疎水性/疎油性層が金 型と直接接触するような方法で金型の底部に配置されている表皮をある形状にホ ットプレスすることによって、又はコアの材料を熱可塑性射出成形若しくは反応 性射出成形することによってプラスチック製コアと表皮を一体化すること、 から構成される請求項1〜10の一項に記載の製品を製造するためのプロセス。 12. ・ 引っ掻き抵抗層の構成成分を実質的に平らなプラスチックフィルム 上に付着させること、及び ・ この引っ掻き抵抗層を少なくとも部分的に架橋結合させながら、同時に、 引っ掻き抵抗層の成分を保持しているこのフィルムを少なくとも一部において最 終製品の最終的形状と同一若しくは少なくとも類似する形状に成形すること、 のステップを含んでいる、請求項1〜10のうちの一項に記載の製品を製造する ためのプロセス。 13. 架橋結合及び同時の成形が100〜300℃、より正 確には140〜240℃の温度での加熱処理を含んでいることを特徴とする、請 求項12に記載のプロセス。 14. 引っ掻き抵抗層、又はこの層を構成することを意図した成分で少なくと もその表面の一部がコーティングされたフィルムを金型によって支持することに よって成形が実施されることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載のプロセ ス。 15. フィルムを入れた金型がその中心で開口しているフレームであることを 特徴とする、請求項14に記載のプロセス。 16. 引っ掻き抵抗層又はこの層を構成する成分を用いてコーティングされた フィルムを、成形の前に、自身で機能を果たす、又は引っ掻き抵抗性機能以外の これらの機能を実行するスクリーン印刷装飾若しくは層のような手段を保持して いる1又は2枚以上のフィルムと組み合わせることを特徴とする、請求項11〜 15のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。 17. 特に自動車のためにその透明部分が窓ガラスを形成しているボディー成 分としての、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の製品の適用。
