部に簡単に取り付けられると共に、床厚と床面の水平が
確実に保持できる構築用スペーサーを提供すること。 【構成】 縦筋及び横筋の交差部に装着すべく、十字型
に形成した固定具の適所に床厚と水平を確実に保持する
基準の棒を一体に設けた構成である。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、コンクリート構
造物の主に床を構築する場合において、床厚と床面の水
平を保持する構築用スペーサーに関する。

【従来の技術】従来のこの種の構築用スペーサーにおい
ては鉄筋を縦筋及び横筋に垂直に溶接するか結束線にて
鉄筋又は棒を固定し代用している、鉄筋に溶接すると構
造物の強度の低下を引き起こす。また結束線にて鉄筋又
は棒を固定すると不安定で固定が困難である。また、鉄
筋を床厚の長さに切断したものを縦筋及び横筋に垂直に
溶接して取り付けているが作業に多大の労力を要するも
のである。

【発明が解決するための課題】この発明は、上記問題点
に鑑みなされたもので、その目的は床型枠に組立てられ
た床筋の交差部に簡単に取り付けられると共に、コンク
リート断面における構造上の欠損を極力最小限にし、床
厚と床面の水平が確実に保持できる構築用スペーサーを
提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を解決するた
め、この発明は縦筋及び横筋の交差部に装着すべく十字
型に形成した固定具の適所に床厚と同様か長めの支持棒
を一体に設ける

【発明の実施の形態】この発明の構築用スペーサーは、
まず床筋の交差部に固定具を装着し凹状の突出部４ケ所
を折曲げて取り付ける。この状態ですでに支持棒は垂直
方向に突出されており、支持棒に床厚と水平を印すこと
で床厚と床面の水平が正確に確保できるものである。

【実施例】以下、この発明の実施例を図１に基づいて詳
細に説明する。１は構築用スペーサーである。２は固定
具で、縦筋に固定すべく平板を略Ｌ字形に折曲した凹状
の縦筋固定部２ａと同じく横筋固定部２ｂとを十字型に
一体的に形成してある。３は縦筋固定部と横筋固定部２
ｂの交差部垂直方向に床厚と同様か少し長めの支持棒を
有する先端にスポンジ３ａを設けた支持棒である。
【０００７】この実施例の使用例として、図２に示すよ
うに予め配筋された縦筋Ａ及び横筋Ｂとからなる床筋Ｃ
の交差部の縦筋Ａに縦筋固定部２ａを、横筋Ｂに横筋固
定部２ｂを適宣装着し突出部を折曲げて床筋Ｃに取り付
ける。この状態で垂直方向に突出した支持棒３に床厚と
水平を印すことで床厚と床面の水平が正確に確保できる
ものである。
【０００８】なお、上記の支持棒の長さは床厚によって
変更するものでする。また、縦筋固定部及び横筋固定部
は縦筋及び横筋の外径寸法に限らず兼用できる形状であ
る。

【発明の効果】この発明は、上記の構成により床型枠上
に組み立てられた床筋の交差部に簡単に取付けられ、し
かも床厚と水平を印すことで床厚と床面の水平が正確に
確保できるものである。

  1. 【請求項１】 縦筋及び横筋の交差部に装着すべく、十
    字型に形成した固定具の適所に床厚と床面の水平を確実
    に保持する基準の棒を一体に設けたことを特徴とする構
    築用スペーサー。
