このような状況下で、本発明の目的は、天然ガスやメタノールを改質することによって得られる水素と他の不純物ガスから構成される混合ガス（改質ガス）等より、水素を効率良く分離回収し、その水素を貯蔵する機能を持つとともに、水素を供給する水素タンクとしての機能をも併せ持つ水素回収貯蔵容器および装置を提供することである。
