Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.セルロースの第3アミンオキシド水性溶液を、長方形の押出しギャップを有 する押出しノズルを用いてフィルムの形状に成形し、前記溶液を、エアギャップ を介して沈殿浴に導き、これによって沈殿浴でセルロースの平フィルムを形成す る、セルロースの平フィルム、及び平膜の形状であるセルロース膜の製造方法で あって、前記セルロースの平フィルムを沈殿浴に入れた後に横方向に延伸させる ことを特徴とする方法。 2.前記セルロースの平フィルムを、エアギャップにおいて好ましくは0.2〜5 倍の範囲で長手方向に延伸させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1に記載の方法 。 3.前記セルロースの平フィルムを沈殿後に洗浄し、洗浄後に延伸させることを 特徴とする、請求の範囲1又は2に記載の方法。 4.前記セルロースの平フィルムを沈殿後に洗浄及び乾燥し、乾燥したセルロー スの平フィルムを湿潤し延伸させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1又は2に記 載の方法。 5.前記セルロースの平フィルムを最大3.5倍まで横方向に延伸させることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.N−メチルモルホリン−N−オキシドを第3アミンオキシドとして使用する ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.セルロース膜の製造するための、請求の範囲1〜6にいずれかに記載の方法 であり、前記膜の透過度は、前記フィルムが沈殿浴に入った後の前記フィルムの 横方向の延伸によって調節されることを特徴とする前記方法。 8.請求の範囲1〜6の方法によって製造したセルロースの平フィルムの、包装 材料、特に食料品用の包装材料、ゴミ袋及び買い物袋の材料、農業用のフィルム 、おむつ用のフィルム、構内の基礎、事務所用のフィルム、家庭用のフィルム又 は物質の混合物を分離する膜としての使用。
