Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.二つの半ディスク面を接着することによって成形されるコンパクトディスク の平面性を制御するための方法であって、 (a)射出成形及び少なくとも一つの半ディスク面のメタライゼーションを行 うことにより半ディスク面を用意する工程と、 (b)半ディスクのうちの一方の半径範囲に環状の粘着材を置く工程と、 (c)半ディスクが離隔されるように両方の半ディスクをスペーサチャック上 に配置する工程と、 (d)半ディスクを、スペーサチャックから、半ディスクの両方が粘着材に接 触しうる場所へと移す工程と、 (e)前記半ディスクの間に層が形成されるよう粘着材を広げるべく半ディス クを回転させる工程と、 (f)粘着材を仮付け硬化させる工程と、 (g)変形するジグを所定の曲率に調整する工程と、 (h)前記所定の曲率にディスク合成物を変形させるように調整された前記ジ グに、その合成物を係合させる工程と、さらに、 (i)粘着材を硬化させる工程と を備えた上記方法。 2.粘着材の前記配置は、半ディスクがスペーサチャック上に配置された後に起 こる請求項1の方法。 3.半ディスクの前記配置により、両方の半ディスクが前記粘着材と接触状態に 保たれる請求項1の方法。 4.前記仮付け硬化工程では、粘着材が粘着層の隅々まで接着する請求項1の方 法。 5.変形するジグを所定の曲率にする前記調整工程は、内側ディスクの保持装置 を外側ディスクの保持装置に関して移動させるステップを備える請求項1の方 法。 6.前記内側及び外側ディスクの保持装置は、ディスク合成物の表面を保持する ように適合された環状の吸着脚である請求項5の方法。 7.コンパクトディスク合成物を製造するためのインラインシステムであって、 二つの半ディスクの少なくとも一方を成形するための射出成形ステージと 、 少なくとも一方の半ディスクの被覆するためのメタライゼーションステー ジと、 粘着材の分配及び分散ステーションと、 製造中、半ディスクを保持するスペーサチャックとを備え、前記スペーサ チャックは筒状のシャフトを備え、該シャフトは、少なくとも一つの半ディ スクにおける開口の半径よりも小さい径を有すると共に、筒の周部のまわり に前記半径を超えて延長する戻り止めを有し、一方の半ディスクは戻り止め の下に押し込まれ且つ他方の半ディスクは前記戻り止めの上に載せられ得る 、 上記システム。 8.請求項1のコンパクトディスク合成物を製造するためのインラインシステム であって、 予備的に粘着を行うステーションと、 最終的な接着を行うステーションと、そして、 ディスクを変形するジグとを備え、該ジグは、ディスク合成物の表面と係 合するのに適合され且つ接着前にディスク合成物を強制的に変形しそれによ って接着に付随する変形を補償するように互いに変位されるのに適合された 内側及び外側ディスクの保持装置を有する、 インラインシステム。 9.請求項1のコンパクトディスク合成物を製造するためのインラインシステム であって、前記内側及び外側ディスクの保持装置は環状の吸着脚を備え、前記 ジグは前記吸着脚に真空を提供するための真空室を備えたインラインシステム 。
