Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 患者への外科的移植のためのステントであって、前記ステントは患者への 導入のための相対的な直線状態から閉塞状態に拡張可能であるワイヤを含み、閉 塞状態において該ワイヤは閉塞アンカー部を定義し、該閉塞アンカー部において 該ワイヤは該閉塞アンカー部の横断面上に広がる一連の巻きをなしているステン ト。 2. 前記ワイヤは形状記憶効果材料から形成されかつ所定のトリガー温度以上 で閉塞状態に自己拡張するところの、請求項1記載のステント。 3. 前記ワイヤは閉塞状態をとるように弾性的に偏向されておりかつ相対的な 直線状態に保持されることができる超弾性材料から形成されるところの、請求項 1記載のステント。 4. 前記ワイヤはまた、その閉塞状態において、閉塞アンカー部から間隔を置 いて離れかつ連結部によって閉塞アンカー部に接合される他のアンカー部をも定 義するところの、請求項1、2または3のうちいずれか1項記載のステント。 5. 前記他のアンカー部は、連結部に関して横方向に広がる一連の巻きを有す るワイヤからなるところの、請求項4記載のステント。 6. 前記ワイヤの巻きは前記他のアンカー部の横断面上に広がるところの、請 求項5記載のステント。 7. 前記他のアンカー部のワイヤの巻きは、前記閉塞アンカー部のワイヤの巻 きとアンカー部の分離の方向に一直線に並んでいないところの、請求項5または 6のいずれかに記載のステント。 8. 前記他のアンカー部におけるワイヤの巻きは、実質的に円錐形態、渦巻も しくは螺旋形態、サイクロイド形態または螺旋サイクロイド形態からなるところ の、請求項5ないし7のうちいずれか1項記載のステント。 9. 前記閉塞アンカー部におけるワイヤの巻きは、実質的に円錐形態、渦巻も しくは螺旋形態、サイクロイド形態または螺旋サイクロイド形態からなるところ の、請求項1ないし8のうちいずれか1項記載のステント。 10. 前記ワイヤの少なくとも一部は薬理学的被覆物で被覆されているところ の、請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項記載のステント。 11. 前記被覆物は血液凝固および細胞癒着を開始するタンパク質からなると ころの、請求項10記載のステント。 12. 前記ワイヤの少なくとも一部は粗面を有するところの、請求項1ないし 11のうちいずれか1項記載のステント。 13. ステントの配置のための送達システムであって、相対的な直線状態にお ける請求項1ないし12のうちいずれか1項記載のステントを含むかまたは含む ように適合されたカテーテルと、前記カテーテルの長手方向に延びるかまたは延 びるように適合されかつ近位および遠位の端部を有する細長い可撓性配置部材と 、および配置部材の遠位端部をステントと結合するかまたは結合するように適合 された解放可能な結合手段とからなるシステム。 14. 第一および第二部材を解放可能に相互に結合するための解放可能なコネ クターであって、それぞれ第一および第二部材に固定されるように適合された第 一および第二コネクター部位からなり、第一コネクター部位は形状記憶効果を有 しかつ所定のトリガー温度以上で第一状態から第二状態に変化可能であり、前記 第一状態は第一コネクター部位が第一部材を保持するように適合された状態であ り、また第二状態は、第一および第二部材を分離することができるように、第一 コネクター部位が第一部材を解放するように適合された状態であるコネクター。 15. 前記第一コネクター部位は、第一状態において、第一部材を受けそして 保持するように適合された第一ブッシュ部からなるところの、請求項14記載の 解放可能なコネクター。 16. 前記第二コネクター部位は、第一コネクター部位が第一および第二の双 方の状態にあるとき、第二部材を受けそして保持するように適合された第二ブッ シュ部からなるところの、請求項14または15のうちいずれかに記載の解放可 能なコネクター。 17. 前記第一部材は身体移植物であり、また前記第二部材は身体移植物を必 要とされる身体部位に送達するための部材であるところの、請求項14、15ま たは16のうちいずれか1項記載の解放可能なコネクターと、前記第一および第 二部材との組み合わせ。 18. 前記身体移植物がステントであるところの、請求項17記載の組み合わ せ。 19. 前記ステントが請求項1ないし12のうちいずれか1項記載のステント であるところの、請求項18記載の組み合わせ。 20. 成形品の製造方法であって、(a)マンドレル上にある長さの形状記憶 材料を巻きつけ、長手方向の広がりを有するコイル部位を定義する一連の巻きを 形成すること、(b)マンドレル上に巻つけた材料をそれにコイル部位の形状を 記憶させるように処理すること、(c)巻きつけた材料をマンドレルから取り外 すこと、(d)コイル部位の記憶された形状を回復させるように取り外した材料 を処理すること、(e)コイル部位の長さを変化させること、および(f)材料 をそれにコイル部位の変化させた形状を記憶させるように処理することの工程か らなる方法。 21. 工程(e)はコイル部位の長さを減少させることによって達成されると ころの、請求項20記載の方法。 22. コイル部位の長さを、実質的に平面になるように減少させるところの、 請求項20記載の方法。 23. 工程(d)と(f)の間に、コイル部位を定義する1回転またはそれ以 上の巻きを、コイル部位の長手方向の広がりの方向に対して横方向に転置すると ころの、請求項20、21または22のうちいずれか1項記載の方法。
