Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体を処理する方法であって、 (a)第1の液体をノズルに対して移動させるために、ノズルに流体結合された ポンプを作動させる段階と、 (b)段階(a)において第1の液体が移動しているときに、ノズルに流体結合 された圧力変換器によって、ノズルに流体結合された圧力をほぼ連続的に監視す る段階と、 (c)段階(b)の間ほぼ連続的に監視された圧力の平均値を計算する段階と、 (d)段階(c)において計算された平均値を用いて、しきい値を決定する段階 と、 (e)第2の液体をノズルに対して移動させるために、ノズルに流体結合された ポンプを作動させる段階と、 (f)段階(e)において第2の液体が移動しているときに、ノズルに流体結合 された圧力変換器によって、ノズルに流体結合された圧力をほぼ連続的に監視す る段階と、 (g)段階(f)の間ほぼ連続的に監視された圧力を積分する段階と、 (h)段階(d)のしきい値を段階(g)の積分された圧力と比較して、第2の 液体の移動が意図したようなものであったかあるいは意図しないようなものであ ったかを判定する段階と、 を備えた方法。 2.第1の液体の移動が、ほぼ定常状態の流体流量で生じる請求項1に記載の方 法。 3.段階(a)がノズルを洗浄する請求項1に記載の方法。 4.第1の液体の移動が、ノズルの外へ向かう請求項1に記載の方法。 5.第2の液体の移動が、ノズルの中へ向かう請求項1に記載の方法。 6.積分する段階(g)が、第2の液体の移動の間とそれが終了した直後で、ほ ぼ連続的に監視された圧力を積分する段階である請求項1に記載の方法。
