Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも1種の金属又は金属酸化物を含有する硫化可能な触媒の多孔質 粒子を予備硫化するための方法であって、 (a)触媒を無機多硫化物溶液に含浸させて、硫化物又は硫黄の少なくとも一 部分が触媒の細孔の中に取込まれている硫黄混合触媒を得ること;及び (b)非酸化雰囲気の存在下で硫黄混合触媒を加熱することを包含する方法。 2. 無機多硫化物溶液が、一般式S(X) 2-を有する多硫化物イオン類を含み、 式中xが少なくとも3の整数を有している、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 無機多硫化物溶液が元素硫黄を水性硫化アンモニウム又は硫化アンモニウ ム誘導体溶液中に溶解させることによって調製される、請求項1又は請求項2に 記載の方法。 4. 無機多硫化物溶液が溶液の総重量に基づいて5重量%から50重量%の範 囲内の量の硫黄を含有している、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。 5. 工程a)に先立って、少なくとも1種の金属又は金属酸 化物を含有する触媒が空気と平衡状態へ水和されている、請求項1〜4の何れか 一項に記載の工程。 6. 工程a)における含浸が0℃〜60℃の範囲内の温度で実施される、請求 項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。 7. 工程b)における加熱が50℃〜400℃の範囲内の温度で実施される、 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。 8. 工程b)における加熱が、窒素、二酸化炭素、アルゴン、ヘリウム及びそ れらの混合物からなるグループから選択された非酸化ガスの存在下で実施される 、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。 9. 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法によって製造可能な予備硫化触媒 。 10. 請求項9に記載の予備硫化触媒の存在下で炭化水素供給原料を高温で水 素に接触させることを包含する、炭化水素供給原料を転換するための方法。
