Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 水素を含有するプロセスストリームを、式: CdwM1xM2yM3zSiaAlbO96 (式中、 M1、M2及びM3は、それぞれ、Li、Zn、Rb、Sr,H、Mg、B a、NH4、Ca、K、Na及びCsから成る群から選ばれ、 wは、約1〜約6であり、 x、y及びzは、それぞれ0〜6であり、 aは36〜48であり、そして bは0〜12、但し、a+b=48である) を有するCd置換ゼオライトrho組成物と接触させることを含んで成る、水素 を含有するプロセスストリームから水素を分離しそして除去する方法。 2. wが約5又は約6である請求項1に記載の方法。 3. x、y又はzの中少なくとも1種がゼロより大きい請求項1に記載の方法 。 4. M1がCsであり、xが約2でありそしてwが約5である請求項1に記載 の方法。 5. wが約6であり、x、y及びzが全てゼロである請求項1に記載の方法。 6. Si:Alモル比が約3:1〜約5:1である請求項1に記載の方法。 7. 接触が、約1気圧と約900気圧の間の圧力と約50℃と約50 0℃の間の温度において起こる請求項1に記載の方法。 8. 接触が、約1気圧、約100〜300℃において起こる請求項7に記載の 方法。 9. プロセスストリームが、水素を、約0.0001〜約15重量%の濃度で 含有する請求項1に記載の方法。 10. 水素を含有するプロセスストリームが、また、HCl、HF、HBr、 HI、Cl2、N2、CO、CO2、Ne、Ar、Kr、Xe、He、NH3、CH4 、空気及び水から成る群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のガス状の成員をも含有 する請求項1に記載の方法。 11. 水素を含有するプロセスストリームがハロゲン化炭素の水素化脱塩素か らもたらされる請求項1に記載の方法。 12. 水素を含有するプロセスストリームが塩素化された化合物の加工処理又 は製造からもたらされる請求項1に記載の方法。 13. 水素を含有するプロセスストリームが水素が関与するプラズマ化学プロ セスからもたらされる請求項1に記載の方法。 14. 水素を含有するプロセスストリームがHCNの製造からもたらされる請 求項1に記載の方法。
