Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.情報担持層(3)を備えた円形CD本体からなるCD(1)の形態にあるデータキ ャリアであって、チップ(12)と、該チップ(12)およびデータ処理装置間のデー タを非接触転送を行うCD結合素子(11)とが前記CD(1)中に組み込まれてい ることを特徴とするCD。 2.前記チップ(12)およびCD結合素子(11)が、前記CD(1)の中央孔(5)および 最も内側のデータトラックの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項記載のCD。 3.前記チップ(12)およびCD結合素子(11)が、樹脂により注封されて、モジュ ール(10)を形成することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載のC D。 4.前記CD本体が、前記モジュール(10)が挿入される間隙(13)を有することを 特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載のCD。 5.前記モジュール(10)が、前記CD本体の周囲の材料により成形されることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載のCD。 6.情報担持層(3)を備えた円形CD本体からなるCD(1)の形態にあるデータキ ャリアであって、チップ(12)が該CD(1)中に組み込まれ、圧力板(65)により 接触されている接触表面(6)が該CD(1)の表面に施され、該圧力板(65)が、C Dドライブの一部であり、該CD(1)とともに回転し、データをデータ処理装 置への、またはデータ処理装置からの非接触転送を行うCD結合素子(11)を有 することを特徴とするCD。 7.前記チップ(12)上において、データが記憶され、前記CD(1)に記憶された 情報をそれなしでは処理できないデータを必要に応じて処理できる、または正 確には処理できないことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第6項いずれか1 つに記載のCD。 8.前記記憶されたデータが、前記CD(1)に記憶された情報を解読するための キーまたはアルゴリズムであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項記載のCD 。 9.前記チップ(12)が、前記CD(1)に記憶されたプログラムのユーザ特定設定 ま たは計算の一時的結果を記憶できることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第 6項いずれか1つに記載のCD。 10.前記チップ(12)が、前記CD(1)に記憶されたプログラムまたは情報の使用 の支払いの機能を果たすある量を記憶することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 から第9項いずれか1つに記載のCD。 11.前記チップ(12)およびデータ処理装置間のデータの非接触転送を行う前記C D結合素子(11)がコイルからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第10 項いずれか1つに記載のCD。 12.前記コイルが、巻線コイルである、または薄い金属層からなることを特徴と する請求の範囲第11項記載のCD。 13.前記チップ(12)およびデータ処理装置間のデータの非接触転送を行う前記C D結合素子(11)が、薄い金属層により形成された容量結合表面であることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第8項いずれか1つに記載のCD。 14.前記チップ(12)およびデータ処理装置間のデータの非接触転送を行う前記C D結合素子(11)が少なくとも1つの光学結合素子からなることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項から第8項いずれか1つに記載のCD。 15.前記光学結合素子が、該光学結合素子に光学データを転送するのに使用する 光を伝送する光学軸素子(14)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 14項記載のCD。 16.前記CD(1)を回転させる装置(50,65)および該回転しているCD(1)から情 報を読み出すCD読出し装置を備えたCDドライブからなる、請求の範囲第1 項から第15項いずれか1つに記載のCD(1)とデータ処理装置との連絡を行う 装置であって、該CDドライブが、前記CD結合素子(11)からおよび該CD結 合素子(11)へのデータの非接触転送を行うドライブ結合素子(51)を有すること を特徴とする装置。 17.前記ドライブ結合素子(51)が、コイルまたは容量結合表面または光学結合素 子として形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項記載の装置。 18.前記CD読出し装置が、前記ドライブ結合素子(51)の機能を果たすことを特 徴とする請求の範囲第16項記載の装置。 19.前記ドライブ結合素子(51)およびCD読出し装置が別々のインターフェース を介して接続される論理機構であって、前記データ処理装置と接続するための さらに少なくとも1つのインターフェースを有する論理機構が設けられ、該論 理機構が、該ドライブ結合素子(51)または前記CD読出し装置いずれかへのア ドレス指定にしたがって、前記データ処理装置からのデータを伝送するように 設計されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項または第18項記載の装置。
