Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. プロセス制御システムにおける伝送器であって、 プロセス圧力を受信するための圧力応答構造体、および圧力応答構 造体に連結された少なくとも1つのコンデンサ極板を含み、プロセス圧力に関す る静電容量を有するコンデンサよりなる圧力センサと、 コンデンサに接続され、静電容量に関する圧力出力を提供する測定 回路と、 プロセス制御ループ上で圧力出力を伝送する出力回路と、 圧力センサに接続されて、圧力センサへ摂動入力を供給し、および 摂動入力に応答する静電容量の変化によって生じる圧力出力の変化に基づいてセ ンサ診断出力を発生する診断回路とを含む伝送器。 2. 診断回路が発光装置を含み、摂動入力が発光装置によって生成され、圧 力応答構造体に指向される電磁放射を含む請求項1の伝送器。 3. 発光装置が発光ダイオードを含む請求項2の伝送器。 4. 摂動入力がコンデンサに供給される電気入力信号を含む請求項1の伝送 器。 5. 電気入力信号が電圧である請求項4の伝送器。 6. 診断回路が圧力出力の変化を監視して診断出力を提供する 請求項1の伝送器。 7. 摂動入力がインパルスを含み、診断回路が圧力出力内の過度的振動周波 数に基づいて診断出力を提供する請求項1の伝送器。 8. 摂動入力がインパルスを含み、診断回路が圧力出力の減衰率に基づいて 診断出力を提供する請求項1の伝送器。 9. 摂動入力がインパルスを含み、診断回路が圧力出力の振幅に基づいて診 断出力を提供する請求項1の装置。 10. 測定回路が、センサ診断出力に基づいて圧力出力を補償する請求項1の 装置。
