Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.燃料ユニットに用いられる装置であって、当該装置が、第1のハウジング 部分(11)と少なくとも1つの第2のハウジング部分(12)とを有するハウ ジング(10)を有しており、両ハウジング部分(11,12)が、保持範囲( 40)で互いに結合されており、該保持範囲(40)で第1のハウジング部分( 11)と第2のハウジング部分(12)との間に、第1の室を第2の室から隔離 するダイヤフラムユニット(14,15)が締付け固定されている形式のものに おいて、保持範囲(40)が、係止範囲(42)とクランプ範囲(46)とを有 しており、係止範囲(42)が、第1のハウジング部分(11)に設けられた少 なくとも1つの第1の係止部(42a)と、該第1の係止部(42a)に係止さ れる、第2のハウジング部分(12)に設けられた少なくとも1つの第2の係止 部(42b)とを備えており、クランプ範囲(46)が、第1のハウジング部分 (11)に設けられた少なくとも1つの第1のクランプ部(46a)と、第2の ハウジング部分(12)に設けられた少なくとも、1つの第2のクランプ部(4 6b)とを備えており、しかも係止範囲(42)とクランプ範囲(46)との間 に少なくとも1つの弾性的な範囲(44)が設けられており、該弾性的な範囲( 44)の弾性変形によって生 ぜしめられた弾性的なプレロードもしくは予負荷に基づき、ダイヤフラムユニッ ト(14,15)がクランプ範囲(46)に締付け固定されていることを特徴と する、燃料ユニットに用いられる装置。 2.両ハウジング部分(11,12)に設けられた両係止部(42a,42b )を互いに係止させるために、両ハウジング部分(11,12)が組み付け方向 (A)で互いに所定の組付け力で負荷され、該組付け力によって前記弾性的な範 囲(44)の弾性変形が生ぜしめられるようになっている、請求項1記載の燃料 ユニットに用いられる装置。 3.前記弾性的な範囲(44)が、第1のクランプ部(46a)に続く第1の 面(11e)と、第2のクランプ部(46b)に続く第2の面(12e)とによ って形成されており、両面(11e,12e)が、互いに相対的に所定の角度( α)を成して延びている、請求項1または2記載の燃料ユニットに用いられる装 置。 4.前記角度(α)が、係止範囲(42)の方向に開いている、請求項3記載 の燃料ユニットに用いられる装置。 5.第1のハウジング部分(11)と第2のハウジング部分(12)とを組み 立てる際に前記角度(α)の変化によって前記弾性的なプレロードもしくは予負 荷が生ぜしめられるようになっている、請求項3また は4記載の燃料ユニットに用いられる装置。 6.両ハウジング部分のうちのいずれか一方のハウジング部分(12)が、保 持範囲(40)で横断面U字形に形成されていて、U字体を形成する2つの脚部 (12c,12g)と1つの結合区分(12e)とを有しており、しかも両脚部 のうちのいずれか一方の脚部(12g)に係止範囲(42)が設けられており、 結合区分(12e)にクランプ範囲(46)が設けられている、請求項1から5 までのいずれか1項記載の燃料ユニットに用いられる装置。 7.それぞれ他方のハウジング部分(11)に、半径方向に向けられた少なく とも1つの突起(50,52)が設けられており、該突起(50,52)が、前 記一方の脚部(12g)に背後から係合するようになっている、請求項6記載の 燃料ユニットに用いられる装置。 8.両ハウジング部分のうちのいずれか一方のハウジング部分(11)が、プ ラスチック部分(6)の成形時に該プラスチック部分(6)内に埋め込まれてい る、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料ユニットに用いられる装置。 9.前記プラスチック部分(6)にストッパ(30)が設けられており、該ス トッパ(30)にダイヤフラムユニット(14,15)が当接するようになって いる、請求項8記載の燃料ユニットに用いられる装置 。 10.前記ストッパ(30)が弁座として形成されている、請求項9記載の燃 料ユニットに用いられる装置。
