Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.サイジング剤の水性分散液において、セルロース反応性サイジング剤と、 10,000未満の分子量を有する低分子量カチオン性有機化合物およびアニオ ン性安定剤を含有する分散剤系とを含むことを特徴とする水性分散液。 2.カチオン性有機化合物が、サイジング剤に基づき0.1から20重量%の 量存在しおよびアニオン性安定剤が、サイジング剤に基づき0.1から20重量 %の量存在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の水性分散液。 3.カチオン性有機化合物がカチオン性界面活性剤であることを特徴とする請 求項1または2に記載の水性分散液。 4.カチオン性界面活性剤が200から800の分子量を有することを特徴と する請求項3に記載の水性分散液。 5.カチオン性界面活性剤が、9から30の炭素原子を有する少なくとも一つ の炭化水素基を含む、第一級、第二級、第三級および第四級アンモニウム化合物 から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の水性分散液。 6.カチオン性界面活性剤が、塩化ジオクチルジメチルアンモニウム、塩化ジ デシルジメチルアンモニウム、塩化ジココジメチルアンモニウム、塩化ココベン ジルジメチルアンモニウム、塩化ココ(精留)ベンジルジメチルアンモニウム、 塩化オクタデシルトリメチルアンモニウム、塩化ジオクタデシルジメチルアンモ ニウム、塩化ジヘキサデシルジメチルアンモニウム、塩化ジ(水素化牛脂)ジメ チルアンモニウム、塩化ジ(水素化牛脂)ベンジルメチルアンモニウム、塩化( 水素化牛脂)ベンジルジメチルアンモニウム、塩化ジオレイルジメチルアンモニ ウム、塩化ジ(エチレンヘキサデカンカルボキシレート)ジメチルアンモニウム および二塩化N−オクタデシル−N−ジメチル−N’−トリメチル−プロピレン −ジアンモニウムから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項3、4または5に記載の 水性分散液。 7.カチオン性有機化合物がカチオン性高分子電解質であることを特徴とする 請求項1または2に記載の水性分散液。 8.アニオン性安定剤が有機化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のい ずれか一項に記載の水性分散液。 9.アニオン性安定剤が無機シリカベースの材料であることを特徴とする請求 項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の水性分散液。 10.アニオン性安定剤が、アニオン性ポリウレタン、縮合したナフタレンスル ホネート、多糖類ベースの重合アニオン性化合物、アニオン性基を有するモノま ーから形成され、任意に非イオン性モノマーと共重合したビニル付加ポリマー、 およびアニオン性有機微粒子材料から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1、2ま たは8に記載の水性分散液。 11.アニオン性安定剤がアニオン性高分子電解質であることを特徴とする請求 項1、2、8、9または10に記載の水性分散液。 12.分散液がアニオン性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一 項に記載の水性分散液。 13.サイジング剤がケテンダイマーまたは酸無水物であることを特徴とする請 求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の水性分散液。 14.セルロース反応性サイジング剤の水性分散液の調製方法において、セルロ ース反応性サイジング剤が、水性層と、分子量10,000未満の低分子量カチ オン性有機化合物およびアニオン性安定剤を含む分散剤系との存在下で均質化さ れることを特徴とする方法。 15.カチオン性有機化合物が、塩基性アミノ基を有する荷電してない有機ポリ マーまたは塩基性アミンから誘導され、本方法で対応するカチオン性アンモニウ ム成分が形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 16.セルロース反応性サイジング剤、カチオン性有機化合物およびアニオン性 安定剤を含有する実質的に非水含有の組成物を調製し、そして水性層の存在でこ の組成物を均質化することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 17.請求項1〜13のいずれか一つによる水性分散液を、紙の生産における原 料サイジング剤または表面サイジング剤としての使用する方法。 18.サイジング剤の水性分散液をセルロース繊維および任意の充填剤を含む原 料への添加し、金網上で原料を脱水して紙および白水を得る紙の製造方法におい て、分散液が請求項1〜13のいずれか一項による水性分散液であることを特徴 とする方法。 19.白水が工程で再循環され、および任意に清水が導入されて、脱水されるセ ルロース繊維を含む原料を形成し、導入される清水の量が生産する紙1トン当た り30トン未満であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の工程。 20.セルロース反応性サイジング剤、分子量10,000未満の低分子量カチ オン性有機化合物およびアニオン性安定剤を含む実質的に非水含有の組成物。 21.両者ともセルロース反応性サイジング剤に基づき、カチオン性有機化合物 が0.1から20重量%の量ならびにびアニオン性安定剤が0.1から20重量 %の量存在し、カチオン性化合物およびアニオン性安定剤の全体の電荷が負であ ることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の組成物。 22.請求項1〜13のいずれか一項によるセルロース反応性サイジング剤の水 性分散液調製の為の、請求項20または21による組成物の使用。
