Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガスフロー(2)のためのフロー経路(10)を備えるフィルタ本体(1) を通じて流れるガスフロー(2)から粒子を保持するための、耐熱性かつ再生可 能なフィルタ本体(1)であって、フロー経路(10)は互いから分離され、か つ、少なくとも第1のフィルタ段階(6)と第2のより細かいフィルタ段階(7 )とがそれぞれのフロー経路(10)内のフロー方向に連続して配列される、耐 熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体。 2.フィルタ本体(1)内に3つまたは4つ以上のフィルタ段階(6、7、8) があり、フィルタの開口部(9.1、9.2、9.3)の大きさがフロー方向に 減じていくことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ 本体(1)。 3.フィルタ本体(1)は、フィルタ材料の層(5;13、13.1、13.2 )とガス非通気性の材料の層(3、4;12、12.1、12.2)とを交互に 含み、フィルタ材料の層(5;13、13.1、13.2)はフィルタ開口部( 9.1、9.2、9.3)の大きさがフロー方向に減じ、ガス非通気性の材料の 層(3、4;12、12.1、12.2)はガスフロー(2)がフィルタ材料層 (5;13、13.1、13.2)を2回または3回以上横切らねばならないよ うに2回または3回以上ガスフロー(2)を偏向させるフローガイド表面(19 )を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の耐熱性かつ再 生可能なフィルタ本体(1)。 4.フィルタ本体(1)は、特に内燃機関のガスフロー(2)から煤粒子を保持 するために使用できることを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項2または請求項3に 記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)。 5.フィルタ本体(1)はその中を径方向に流れるガスを有し得ることを特徴と する、前掲請求項の1項に記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)。 6.フィルタ本体(1)は第1のフィルタ段階(6)と第2のフィルタ段階(7 )とが配列されるフロー通路(17)を有することを特徴とする、前掲請求項の 1つに記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)。 7.フィルタ本体(1)は金属箔を備える層状のおよび/または巻かれた層を有 することを特徴とし、第1および/または第2のフィルタは層内に組入れられる 、前掲請求項の1つに記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)。 8.第1および第2のフィルタは相互接続されるフィルタを形成することを特徴 とする、前掲請求項の1つに記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)。 9.フィルタまたはフィルタ段階は、清浄化されるべきガスと反応させることが できるその断面区域がフロー通路(17)内において前記フロー通路(17)を 通る最小の断面区域よりも大きくなるよう、フロー通路内に平面状に配列される ことを特徴とする、前掲請求項の1つに記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本 体(1)。 10.フィルタ段階(6、7、8)は、フィルタリングされたフィルタ段階(6 、7、8)の粒子が好ましくは累積する、トラップ(11、11.1、11.2 )を有することを特徴とする、前掲請求項の1つに記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能な フィルタ本体(1)。 11.フィルタ本体(1)はその再生のための手段を有することを特徴とする、 前掲請求項の1つに記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)。 12.フィルタ段階(6、7、8)の再生のための手段は、トラップ(11)に 少なくとも隣接して配列され、特にそこに累積する粒子の熱変化のための手段が 配列されることを特徴とする、請求項10および請求項11に記載の耐熱性かつ 再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)。 13.少なくとも部分的に触媒コーティングされることを特徴とする、前掲請求 項の1つに記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)。 14.少なくとも2つの異なった種類の触媒的に活性のコーティングを有するこ とを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1) 。 15.第1の段階(6)において設けられるのは、特に窒素酸化物の還元を促進 する触媒として活性のコーティングであり、かつ、少なくとも1つの続くフィル タ段階(7)において設けられるのは、特に炭化水素の酸化を促進する触媒とし て活性のコーティングであることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の耐熱性かつ 再生可能なフィルタ本体。 16.フィルタ材料の層(5;13、13.1、13.2)は、好ましくは酸化 を促進するコーティングを有するガス非通気性の材料の層(3、4;12、12 .1、12.2)とは異なる触媒として活性のコーティング、好ましくは、煤の 着火温度を下げるコーティングを有することを特徴とする、請求項14または請 求項15に記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体。 17.加熱可能であることを特徴とする、前掲請求項の1つに記載の耐熱性かつ 再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)。 18.第1のフィルタ段階(6)および/または第2のフィルタ段階(7)は直 接加熱可能であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能な フィルタ本体(1)。 19.フィルタ本体(1)を通じて、好ましくは内燃機関から流れるガスフロー (2)から、粒子、特に煤粒子を保持するため役立つ耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィ ルタ本体(1)を製造するための方法であって、フィルタ本体(1)は予め定め られたフロー経路(10)を有し、 フィルタ本体(1)内のフロー経路(10)のための製造手順において、少な くとも第1のフィルタ段階(6)と第2のより細かいフィルタ段階とがフロー経 路(10)内に同時に配列され、かつ フィルタ本体(1)を通るフロー方向を考慮して、第1および第2のフィルタ 段階(7)がフロー経路(10)上に連続して配置されることを特徴とする、耐 熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)を製造するための方法。 20.第1のフィルタ段階(6)および第2のフィルタ段階(7)を備える請求 項1から請求項15の1つに記載のフィルタ本体(1)を製造することを特徴と する、請求項19に記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)を製造する ための方法。 21.フィルタ本体(1)は押出成形または焼結され、 その多孔率は、フィルタ段階(6、7、8)に対して所望の多孔率により、異 なった多孔率の複数の押出成形材料または焼結材料から、押出成形材料または焼 結材料の多孔率を選択することによって変更されることを特徴とする、請求項1 9または請求項20に記載の耐熱性かつ再生可能なフィルタ本体(1)を製造す るための方法。
