Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者の体液の流れを測定するインプラント可能な装置であって、 略円筒形の放射状の外壁及び中心内腔を有するステントと、 ステントに固定されステント中の血流量に関するパラメータを測定する流量パ ラメータセンサと、 測定されたパラメータに応じた信号を身体外部の受信機に送信する送信機とを 備えている装置。 2.上記流量パラメータセンサが内腔と連通する一対の電極を備えている請求 項1に記載の装置。 3.上記電極が径方向に相対した外壁上の位置に配置されている請求項2に記 載の装置。 4.上記流量パラメータセンサが内腔両端の電磁流体力学ポテンシャルを測定 する請求項1に記載の装置。 5.上記流量パラメータセンサが内腔両端の電気インピーダンスを測定する請 求項1に記載の装置。 6.上記流量パラメータセンサが少なくとも一つの圧力センサを備える請求項 1に記載の装置。 7.上記少なくとも1つの圧力センサがステントの長さ方向に設けた複数の圧 力センサを備える請求項6に記載の装置。 8.上記圧力センサが圧力−周波数トランスデューサを備える請求項6に記載 の装置。 9.上記流量パラメータセンサが少なくとも1つの超音波感応装置を備える請 求項1に記載の装置。 10.上記少なくとも1つの超音波感応装置が、ステントの各端に対して既知 の位置関係を有するように固定された2つの超音波トランスデューサを備える請 求項9に記載の装置。 11.上記2つの超音波トランスデューサが超音波トランスポンダとして機能 する請求項10に記載の装置。 12.上記流量パラメータセンサは超音波信号がステント中を進行する時間を 測定する請求項9に記載の装置。 13.上記流量パラメータセンサは、内腔を流れる液体から反射される超音波 信号のドップラーシフトを測定する請求項9に記載の装置。 14.上記送信機はさらに電磁場からエネルギーを受け取りエネルギーを上記 流量パラメータセンサに供給する請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載 の装置。 15.上記送信機がステントに固定されたコイルを備えている請求項1から請 求項13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 16.上記コイルがステントの長さ方向に沿ってステントの外壁内にらせん状 に配置されている請求項15に記載の装置。 17.上記コイルが弾性材料から成る請求項15に記載の装置。 18.上記流量パラメータセンサが、 ステントの外壁内に固定され内腔の圧力上昇に応じて外に向かって径方向に広 がる弾性隔膜と、 隔膜の広がりに応じて信号を発生する変位センサとを備える請求項1乃至請求 項13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 19.上記変位センサが、 隔膜に固定された磁気コアと、 隔膜及びコイルの周囲を囲む電気コイルであって、圧力の上昇があった時に隔 膜の広がりによるコアの動きによって上記コイルにインダクタンスの変化が生じ る電気コイルとを備える請求項18に記載の装置。 20.送信機が、 電気コイルと、 コイルに結合された回路であって、コイルのインダクタンスに依存する共振周 波数を有する回路を備え、 上記コイルが電磁場からエネルギーを受け取り、略共振周波数でエネルギーを 放射する請求項19に記載の装置。 21.流量パラメータセンサにエネルギーを供給するインプラント可能なカプ セルを備える請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 22.カプセルが送信機を含む請求項21に記載の装置。 23.流量パラメータセンサによって行われた測定結果を記憶する記憶回路を カプセル内に備える請求項21に記載の装置。 24.患者の血液の流れを測定する方法であって、 送信機を結合したステントを身体内の血管にインプラントする手順と、 ステント中の血流に応じた信号を送信機から受信する手順を含む方法。 25.身体に対して電磁場を照射してステントに対してエネルギーを供給する 請求項24に記載の方法。 26.患者からECG信号を受け取り送信機から受信した血流信号の分析にE CG信号を用いる請求項24に記載の方法。 27.ステント近傍でステント中の血流に対して横断方向の磁場を身体に向け て印可する手順と、 磁場方向に対して略垂直な横断軸に沿ってステント両端の電位を測定する手順 を含み、 送信機からの信号の受信は電位に応じた信号を受信する手順を含む請求項24 乃至請求項26のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 28.ステント両端のバイオインピーダンスを測定する手順を含み、送信機か らの信号の受信はバイオインピーダンスに応じた信号を受信する手順を含む請求 項24乃至請求項26のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 29.ステント内の圧力を測定する手順を含み、送信機からの信号の受信は圧 力に応じた信号を受信する手順を含む請求項24乃至請求項26のいずれか1項 に記載の方法。 30.ステントを流れる血液からの超音波を検出する手順を含み、送信機から の信号の受信は検出された超音波に応じた信号を受信する手順を含む請求項24 乃至請求項26のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 31.上記超音波信号の検出は超音波がステントを通過する時間を測定する手 順を含む請求項30に記載の方法。 32.上記超音波信号の検出は血液から反射される超音波のドップラーシフト を測定する手順を含む請求項30に記載の方法。 33.患者の血管にインプラントされたステント中の血流を測定する方法であ って、 各マーカがステントの各端に対して既知の位置関係となるように2つの超音波 マーカを血管に沿ってインプラントする手順と、 超音波プローブに対するマーカの各位置を決定する手順と、 決定したマーカの位置を用いてステントの長軸とプローブを並べる手順と、 ステントを流れる血液からの超ドップラー音波信号を受信し分析する手順とを含 む方法。 34.上記2つの超音波マーカのインプラント手順はマーカをステントに固定 する手順を含む請求項33に記載の方法。 35.上記2つのマーカのインプラント手順は2つの超音波トランスポンダを インプラントする手順を含む請求項33に記載の方法。 36.上記2つのマーカのインプラント手順は2つの超音波周波数2倍器をイ ンプラントする手順を含む請求項33に記載の方法。 37.上記マーカの位置を決定する手順はステントを含む身体部分の超音波像 を形成する手順を含む請求項33乃至請求項36のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 38.ステントを製造する方法であって、 少なくともステントの一部を非導体材料によって形成する手順と、 上記部分に電子部品を固定する手順と、 電子部品を相互接続するように上記部分の表面に導体材料のストリップを印刷 する手順とを含む方法。 39.非導体材料によって装置を形成する手順はポリイミドプラスチックから 装置を形成する手順を含む請求項38に記載の方法。 40.表面にストリップを印刷する手順は写真製版によってストリップの像を 表面に転写する手順を含む請求項38に記載の方法。 41.請求項38乃至請求項40のいずれか1項に記載の方法を用いて製造さ れたインプラント可能な装置。
