Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 放射線硬化性ホットメルト接着剤組成物用に使用可能なブロックコポリマ ーであって、一般式(AB)p(B1)qを有し、ここでAはポリ(ビニル芳香族 )ブロックでありそしてBおよびB1は1,2付加(ビニル)含有率が25〜7 0重量%の範囲にある同じまたは異なるポリ(ブタジエン)ブロックであり、X は3〜6の範囲の活性部位の最大値(m)を有する多価カップリング剤の残基で あり、pおよびqは両方共0〜mの整数であり、但しpおよびqの値の平均和が mより小さくかつカップリング効率が90%より小さいことを条件とし、しかも 10〜50重量%の範囲の平均総ビニル芳香族含有率を有しかつ100,000 〜500,000の範囲の総見掛け分子量(GPCにより測定されたとき)を有 することを特徴とする上記ブロックコポリマー。 2. Xが、四価または三価カップリング剤の残基であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項に記載のブロックコポリマー。 3. BおよびB1ブロックが各々、20,000〜100,000の範囲の見 掛け分子量を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項または第2項に記載のブロックコポリマー。 4. Aブロックが、7,000〜20,000の範囲の見掛け分子量を有する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか一項に記載のブロック コポリマー。 5. 総見掛け分子量が、150,000〜350,000の範囲にあることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか一項に記載のブロックコポリ マー。 6. ポリ(ブタジエン)ブロック中のビニル含有率が、45〜70%の範囲に あることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか一項に記載のブロ ックコポリマー。 7. 請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか一項に記載の1種またはそれ以上 のブロックコポリマーからなる、接着剤、シーラントまたは塗料組成物。 8. 使い捨て品の製造のために使用可能なホットメルト接着剤組成物であって 、請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか一項に記載の1種またはそれ以上のブ ロックコポリマー、特にqがゼロであるブロックコポリマーからなる上記組成物 。 9. 放射線硬化性ホットメルト接着剤組成物であって、請求の範囲第1項から 第6項のいずれか一項に記載の1種またはそ れ以上のブロックコポリマー並びに粘着付与性樹脂、エキステンダー油、可塑剤 、石油由来のロウ、酸化防止剤、光開始剤および変性用樹脂から選択された1種 またはそれ以上の助剤からなる上記組成物。 10. UV線硬化性接着剤組成物であって、請求の範囲第1項から第6項のい ずれか一項に記載の1種またはそれ以上のブロックコポリマーを少なくとも1種 の光開始剤と共に含んでなる上記組成物。 11. 光開始剤が、ブロックコポリマー100重量部当たり1〜5重量部の範 囲の量にて含まれていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載のUV線硬 化性接着剤組成物。 12. 感圧放射線硬化性のテープまたはラベルであって、可撓性裏地シートお よび該裏地シートの一方の主面上に塗布された請求の範囲第7項から第11項の いずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物の層からなる上記テープまたはラベル。 13. 請求の範囲第7項から第12項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を好まし くは空気中で放射線硬化することにより得られる、放射線硬化された接着剤、シ ーラントまたは塗料組成物。 14. 請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか一項に記載の放射線感受性ブロ ックコポリマーの製造方法であって、 (a)主としてモノビニル芳香族モノマーを有機リチウム開始剤RLi、好まし くは4〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキルリチウム、の存在下で重合させてリビ ングポリマーALiを形成させ、 (b)主としてブタジエンを該リビングポリマーALiに重合させかつ予定され た時点で該有機リチウム開始剤RLiを添加してリビングポリマーA−B−Li およびB1Liの混合物を生じせしめ、ここでセグメントBおよびB1は同じまた は異なる分子量を有し得、RLiの添加の正確な時点に依存してM[B]≧M[ B1]であり、しかも該ブタジエンは25〜70%の1,2ビニル含有率にて重 合されかつ該開始剤RLiは開始剤RLiとリビングポリマーALiのモル比が 0.45〜2.20の範囲になるような量にて添加され、 (c)得られたリビングポリマーA−B−LiおよびB1Liの混合物を多官能 性カップリング剤でカップリングさせることからなる上記方法。 15. 工程(b)における開始剤RLiとリビングポリマー ALiのモル比が、0.88〜1.12の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第14項に記載の方法。
