Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ダクト(19;35;77)を介して、1つ又は数個の下に位置した区画室 (15;76)からガス分配底及び粒状材料床に区分化した方法で導かれ、ガ ス分配底及び粒状材料床の中に上方に差し向けられた処理ガスを利用して、分 配底(9;75)で支持された粒状材料床(6;78)を処理する方法であっ て、各ダクト(19;35;77)を通る処理ガスの流れが各ダクトに設けら れた流量調整器(21)によって調整される方法において、各流量調整器がそ れぞれのダクト内のガス流状態に直接応答して自動的に移動できることを特徴 とする、上記方法。 2. 各ダクト(19;35;77)を通るガス流は、床の上の部分の前後の圧力 降下が増すと、作動範囲内で、ガス流が減少せず、圧力降下が減少すると、ガ ス流が増大しないように調整される、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 3. 各ダクト(19;35;77)を通るガス流は、床の上の部分の前後の圧力 降下が増すと、作動範囲内で、ガス流が減少せず、圧力降下が減少すると、ガ ス流が増大しないように調整される、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 4. 各ダクト(19;35;77)を通るガス流は、これが床の上の部分の前後 に起こる圧力降下で実質的に一定に維持されるように調整される、請求の範囲 1に記載の方法。 5. 各流量調整器(21)のデータ設定が所望の流れ特性を達成するために調整 される、請求の範囲1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6. 流量調整器のデータ設定が制御ユニット(25)に接続された測定及びモニ ター機器(23)によって自動的に調整される、請求の範囲5に記載の方法。 7. 粒状材料床(6;78)を処理する装置(1;71)であって、該装置(1 ;71)は処理すべき床を支持するためのガス分配底(9;75)を有し、ガ ス分配底が1つ又は数個の下に位置した区画室(15;76)から処理ガスの 区分化した供給のための多数のダクト(19;35;77)を備え、各ダクト (19;35;77)がそれぞれの流量調整器(21)を有する、上記装置に おいて、各流量調整器がそれぞれのダクト内のガス流状態に直接応答して自動 的に移動できることを特徴とする、装置。 8. 各流量調整器(21)は1つ又は数個の可変ベンチュリー状ノズル手段(4 5)からなる、請求の範囲7に記載の装置。 9. 各ノズル手段(45)連結手段(46)を介して可変制限手段(91)に連 結される、請求の範囲8に記載の装置。 10. 各流量調整器(21)は1つ又は数個の可変オリフィス状ノズル手段(90 )からなる、請求の範囲7に記載の装置。 11. 各ノズル手段(90)は。関連して、少なくとも1つのノズル開口(93) を構成する少なくとも2つの流量制限手段(91;92)を有し、流量制限手 段(91;92)のうちの少なくとも一方は他方の流量制限手段に対して移動 でき、且つガス流状態に応じてこの移動を発生させるための手段(94;94) に連結される、請求の範囲10に記載の装置。 12. 各移動手段(94;94)はノズル開口の上流の圧力P1が一方の側に当た り、他方の側に、ノズル開口(93)の下流の圧力P2が当たる可動プレート (94)を有し、可動プレート(94)は特性制御手段(95)に直接又は間 接的に接続される、請求の範囲11に記載の装置。 13. 流量制限手段(91;92)は、特定な作動範囲内でノズルの前後のどんな 圧力差についても全体のノズル開口面積がダクト(19;35;77)をとお る所望のガス流をもたらすように構成されている、請求の範囲12に記載の装 置。 14. 各流量調整器(21)はそのデータ設定を調整するための手段(51;52) を有する、請求の範囲7乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 15. 制御ユニットを介して、各流量調整器の調整手段(51;52)に接続され た測定及びモニター機器(22)を有する、請求の範囲14に記載の装置。 16. セメントキルン(3)から放出されるセメントクリンカーのような、高温粒 状材料(6)を冷却するための格子冷却機(1)である、請求の範囲7乃至1 5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 17. 流動床キルン(71)である、請求の範囲7乃至15のいずれか1項に記載 の装置。
