- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリサッカライドを溶媒に溶解し、架橋剤及び水混和性有機溶媒を含む浴 中へその溶液を噴霧することを特徴とするポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 2. 浴後にポリサッカライド繊維を延伸、巻取、乾燥、及び切断することを特 徴とする請求の範囲1によるポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 3. 有機溶媒がアルコール又はケトンであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1又 は2によるポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 4. 有機溶媒がメタノール、エタノール、イソプロパノール、又はアセトンで あることを特徴とする請求の範囲3によるポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 5. 架橋剤が高分子電解質であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜4のいずれ か一つによるポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 6. 架橋剤がポリビニルアミン又はPolybrene(登録商標)(ヘキサジメチリ ンブロマイド(hexadimethrinbromide))であることを特徴とする請求の範囲5 によるポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 7. 架橋剤が塩であり、その塩中の陽イオンが金属イオンであることを特徴と する請求の範囲1〜4のいずれか一つによるポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 8. 塩中の陽イオンが二価、三価、又は四価の陽イオンであることを特徴とす る請求の範囲7によるポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 9. 塩中の陽イオンがカルシウムイオン、マンガンイオン、鉄イオン、アルミ ニウムイオン、又はジルコニウムイオンであることを特徴とする請求の範囲8に よるポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 10. 金属塩中の陰イオンが塩化物イオンであることを特徴とする請求の範囲7 〜9のいずれか一つによるポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 11. ポリサッカライドがカルボキシメチルセルロース、スターチ、セルロース キサンタン、ゲラン、キチン、キトサン、グアーガム、又はアルギネートから成 ることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜10のいずれか一つによるポリサッカライド 繊維の製造方法。 12. 続く工程において繊維を共有結合的に架橋することを特徴とする請求の範 囲1〜11のいずれか一つによるポリサッカライド繊維の製造方法。 13. 請求の範囲1〜12のいずれか一つの方法により製造されることを特徴と するポリサッカライド繊維。 14. 繊維が溶媒紡糸され、0.35以上の置換度を有し、架橋され、水に不溶 性であるが膨潤性であることを特徴とするポリサッカライド繊維。 15. 吸収体構造が請求の範囲1〜12のいずれか一つにより製造されるポリサ ッカライド繊維を含むことを特徴とする、おむつ、失禁ガード、又は衛生ナプキ ンの如き吸収性物品中の吸収体構造。
