Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 次の成分: a) 1〜12個のC原子を有する非分枝又は分枝鎖のカルボン酸のビニルエ ステル、アクリル酸及びメタクリル酸と1〜12個のC原子を有する非分枝又は 分枝鎖のアルコールとのエステル、ビニル芳香族化合物、ビニルハロゲン化物及 びα−オレフィンのグループからの1種以上のモノマー、及び b) コポリマーの総重量に対して0.01〜10重量%の、 C1〜C6アルキル基を有するN−(アルコキシメチル)アクリルアミド及 びN−(アルコキシメチル)メタクリルアミドのグループからの1種以上のモノ マーb1)、 又は N−メチロールアクリルアミド及びN−メチロールメタクリルアミドのグ ループからの1種以上のモノマーb2) 又は N−(アルコキシメチル)−化合物b1)とN−メチロール化合物b2) との混合物 を、1種以上の乳化剤の存在でラジカル乳化重合させることにより、及び場合に より得られた水性コポ リマー分散液を乾燥させることにより得られる、−60℃〜+60℃のTgを有 するコポリマーの水性分散液の形の又はコポリマー粉末の形の耐溶剤性繊維結合 剤において、乳化剤として、コポリマーの総重量に対して0.01〜10重量% の、スルホコハク酸と、線状、非分枝又は分枝鎖、又は環式脂肪族のアルコール とのジエステルのグループからの1種以上の乳化剤を使用するか、又は乳化重合 の完了後に水性コポリマー分散液に添加することを特徴とする、耐溶剤性繊維結 合剤。 2. 乳化剤としてスルホコハク酸と4〜13個のC原子を有する線状、非分枝 又は分枝鎖、又は環式脂肪族のアルコールとの1種以上のジエステルを使用する 、請求項1記載の耐溶剤性繊維結合剤。 3. モノマーb)として、C1〜C6アルキル基を有するN−(アルコキシメチ ル)アクリルアミド又はN−(アルコキシメチル)メタクリルアミドと、N−メ チロールアクリルアミド(NMA)又はN−メチロールメタクリルアミド(NM MA)との混合物とを共重合させる、請求項1又は2記載の耐溶剤性繊維結合剤 。 4. 次の成分: a) 1〜12個のC原子を有する非分枝又は分枝鎖のカルボン酸のビニルエ ステル、アクリル酸及びメタクリル酸と1〜12個のC原子を有する非 分枝又は分枝鎖のアルコールとのエステル、ビニル芳香族化合物、ビニルハロゲ ン化物及びα−オレフィンのグループからの1種以上のモノマー、及び b) コポリマーの総重量に対して0.01〜10重量%の、 C1〜C6アルキル基を有するN−(アルコキシメチル)アクリルアミド及 びN−(アルコキシメチル)メタクリルアミドのグループからの1種以上のモノ マーb1)、 又は N−メチロールアクリルアミド及びN−メチロールメタクリルアミドのグ ループからの1種以上のモノマーb2) 又は N−(アルコキシメチル)−化合物b1)とN−メチロール化合物b2) との混合物 を、1種以上の乳化剤の存在でラジカル乳化重合させ、及び場合によりその際 得られた水性コポリマー分散液を乾燥する耐溶剤性繊維結合剤の製造方法におい て、乳化剤として、コポリマーの総重量に対して0.01〜10重量%の、スル ホコハク酸と、線状、非分枝又は分枝鎖の、又は環式脂肪族のアルコールとのジ エステルのグループからの1種以上の乳化剤を使用するか、又は乳化重合の完了 後に水性コ ポリマ一分散液に添加する、請求項1から3までのいずれかl項記載の耐溶剤性 繊維結合剤の製造方法。 5. 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の繊維結合剤を、繊維重量に対し て5〜50重量%の量で、平面状に広がった繊維材料上に塗布し、80℃〜26 0℃の温度で乾燥することを特徴とする、耐溶剤性繊維構造物の製造方法。 6. フリース材料の固定のための、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の 耐溶剤性繊維結合剤の使用。 7. 織物のスリップ止め加工のための、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記 載の耐溶剤性繊維結合剤の使用。
