Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.前フェース及び後フェースを互いに間隔をおいた関係で有し、且つ第二の 基体係合面と間隔を置いた関係で第一の基体係合面を有する気泡断熱体を構成要 素とする断熱組立品中で基体間に間隔を置くためのスペーサーにおいて、少なく とも1つのみぞが該断熱体内を該前フェースにわたって延び、かつ該少なくとも 1つのみぞは前記基体係合面(複数)の間を延びるものであることを特徴とする 前記スペーサー。 2.前記気泡断熱体が、気孔を有する複合(consolidated)断熱性材料からなる 請求項1のスペーサー。 3.前記断熱性材料がコルクを含んでなる請求項2のスペーサー。 4.前記断熱性材料がEPDMを含んでなる請求項2のスペーサー。 5.前記断熱性材料がフォーム材料からなる請求項2のスペーサー。 6.前記フォーム材料が単一の材料からなる請求項2のスペーサー。 7.前記フォーム材料が多成分材料フォームを含んでなる請求項2のスペーサ ー。 8.前記後フェースが流体バリヤーを含む請求項1のスペーサー。 9.前記流体バリヤーが蒸気バリヤーからなる請求項8のスペーサー。 10.前記蒸気バリヤーがプラスチック材料を有する請求項9のスペーサー。 11.前記プラスチック材料が金属化プラスチック材料を有する請求項10の スペーサー。 12.前記みぞが、内部に乾燥剤マトリックスを含む請求項1のスペーサー。 13.前記乾燥剤マトリックスが、前記みぞと協力的に係合するように構成さ れている請求項12のスペーサー。 14.前記金属化蒸気バリヤーが、更に気泡断熱性材料の層を含む請求項11 のスペーサー。 15.前記みぞが、C形、多角形、波形、放物線形及び波動形よりなる群から 選ばれる形状を有する請求項1のスペーサー。 16.前記みぞが、前記みぞから外向きに延びる突起を少なくとも1つ含む請 求項15のスペーサー。 17.一対のガラス基体と; 間隔を置いて離れた基体係合面(複数)を有する気泡断熱体とを構成要素とし ;このとき、一つのガラス基体は対応する一つの基体係合面と係合するものであ り、前記断熱体は該組立体の内部雰囲気の方を向く前フェースと該内部組立体の 外方を向いて延びる後フェースとをさらに有するものである、内部雰囲気を有す る断熱ガラス組立体において、 少なくとも1つのみぞが該断熱体内で前記前フェースにわたって延びており、 しかもこの少なくとも一つのみぞは前記の基体係合面の間を延びていいるもので あることを特徴とする前記断熱ガラス組立品。 18.前記少なくとも1つのみぞが、該少なくとも1つのみぞに係合するよう に構成された乾燥剤マトリックスを含む請求項17の組立品。 19.前記断熱体の前記後フェースが、更に蒸気バリヤーを含む請求項17の 組立品。 20.前記蒸気バリヤーが、前記気泡断熱性材料からなる別の層を含む請求項 19の組立品。 21.前記断熱体の前記基体係合面、前記蒸気バリヤー及び前記気泡材料の別 の層が各々独立にそれぞれの基体に係合する請求項20の組立品。 22.前記基体係合面が接着材料を有する請求項21の組立品。 23.前記接着材料がアクリル接着剤、感圧接着剤、ホットメルトブチル、紫 外線硬化性フォーム材料及びポリイソブチレン材料よりなる群から選ばれる請求 項22の組立品。 24.前記蒸気バリヤーが、それぞれの基体との係合用の接着剤を有する請求 項19の組立品。 25.前記接着剤がアクリル接着剤、感圧接着剤、ホットメルト、ブチル又は ポリイソブチレンよりなる群から選ばれる接着剤からなる請求項24の組立品。 26.気泡材料の前記別の層がシーラント材で囲まれている請求項20の組立 品。 27.前記シーラント材が、ホットメルト及びポリイソブチレンよりなる群か ら選ばれる請求項20の組立品。 28.断熱組立品中で基体間に間隔を作複合スペーサーであって、前フェース 及び後フェースを間隔をおいた関係で有し、且つ第二基材係合面と間隔を置いた 関係の第一基材係合面を有する気泡断熱性材料からなる第一体を備えてなる前記 複合スペーサーにおいて; 少なくとも1つのみぞが前記第一体内を、前記前フェースにわたって延び、か つ基体係合面の間に延びていること; 更に前記複合スペーサーは、気泡断熱性材料の前記第一体の前記後フェースに 接する蒸気バリヤーと、前記蒸気バリヤーに接する気泡断熱性材料の第二体とを 含有し、このとき前記の両気泡断熱体と前記蒸気バリヤーとは、協力して、それ ぞれの基体と係合するための少なくとも3つの独立した基体係合面を提供するも のであることを特徴とする前記複合スペーサー。 29.前記複合スペーサーが積層型複合スペーサーからなる請求項28のスペ ーサー。 30.気泡断熱性材料からなる前記第一体及び気泡断熱性材料の前記第二体が 同様の材料からなる請求項28のスペーサー。 31.気泡断熱性材料の前記第一本体及び気泡断熱性材料の前記第二本体が異 なる材料からなる請求項28のスペーサー。 32.気泡断熱性材料の前記第一本体及び気泡断熱性材料の前記第二本体が各 々発泡(foamed)材料の混合物からなる請求項28のスペーサー。
