제3도는 실시예 1에서 평가한 유리중심의 R-값, 기체 충전물의 유형 및 총 공기 갭사이의 상호관계를 도시한 그래프.

Claims (11)

  1. 주위 스페이서로 인해 서로 간격을 두고 위치한 2개의 실질적으로 평행한 글레이징 시이트로 이루어지고, 상기 스페이서는 독립 기포 발포 중합체이고 열전도율이 약 0.8 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티패인 창 글레이징 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 독립 기포 발포 중합체의 열전도율은 약 0.5 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티패인 창 글레이징 구조물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체는 발포 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드와 폴리비닐클로라이드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 주위 스페이서는 평행한 글레이징 시이트의 가장자리 너머로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 글레이징 시이트는 플라스틱 필름으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 플라스틱 필름은 그 표면의 한쪽에 파장-선택적, 반사 코팅을 수반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  7. 멀티패인 글레이징 구조물에 있어서: 인접한 시이트 사이에 놓인 주위 스페이서로 인해 서로 간격을 두고 위한 둘 또는 그 이상의 실질적으로 평행한 글레이징 시이트; 및 (a) 글레이징 시이트 가장자리와 스페이서의 외부표면에 부착된 경화성 접착제층과 (b) 상기 접착제층위에 부착된 연속적 기밀성 테이프로 이루어지는, 상기 시이트의 가장자리와 스페이서를 둘러싸고 있는 주위 시일로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 열전달을 감소시키기 위해 선택한 기체가 상기 구조물내에 포함되어 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티패인 글레이징 구조물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 하나의 스페이서는 열전도율이 약 0.8 미만인 독립 기포 발포 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티패인 글레이징 구조물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 독립 기포 발포 중합체는 발포 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드 및 폴리비닐클로라이드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티패인 글레이징 구조물.
  11. 고성능 단열 글레이징 구조물에 있어서; 주위 스페이서로 인해 서로 떨어져서 위치한 4개의 실질적으로 평행한 별개의 글레이징 시이트, 여기서 첫번째와 네번째 시이트는 유리이고 상기 구조물 외부면을 나타내고, 두번째와 세번째 시이트는 투명 플라스틱이고 상기 구조물의 내부에 포함되어 있으며 상기 두번째와 세번째 시이트는 열전도율이 약 0.8 미만인 독립 기포 발포 중합체로 이루어지는 스페이서로 인해 서로 떨어져 있고; 상기 첫번째와 네번째 시이트사이에 포함된, 열콘덕턴스를 감소시키기 위해 선택된 기체; 글레이징 시이트와 스페이서의 외부 표면에 부착된 한층의 경화성 밀봉제와 밀봉제층위에 부착된 연속적 기밀 테이프로 이루어지는, 글래이징 시이트 가장자리와 스페이서를 둘러싸는 주위시일로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
