Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 無線通信チャネルを介してデータを送る方法であって、 その通信チャネルは、少なくとも部分的に有効範囲が重なり合っている一次及 び二次システムで共用されており、 前記一次システムはデューティサイクルが低く特徴的な第1の期間を有するラ ンダムバーストでパケットを送信し、 前記方法は前記二次システムでパケットをバースト送信し、 前記二次システムのバーストは前記第1の期間の少なくとも3倍に等しい期間 を有し、前記パケットはフォワード誤り訂正コードを含んで、一次システムのバ ーストと衝突が起こったときにそれに格納されているデータを回復することがで き、 前記二次システムのバーストは前記一次システムのバースト強度よりも十分に 小さいバースト強度を有して両者間の干渉を防止する 方法。 2. 前記パケットはシンボルインターリーブを用いて誤り訂正性能を向上させ ている請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 前記二次システムのバースト期間は前記一次システムのバースト期間の3 倍以上である請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。 4. 前記二次システムで送信されるバーストはスペクトル拡散多重化技術を用 いて一次受信機でのパワーレベルを一次システムのノイズレベルよりも低くして いる請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれかに記載の方法。 5. 前記二次バーストは符号分割多元接続多重化を採用している請求の範囲第 4項に記載の方法。 6. 前記一次及び二次システムは重なり合うビームを持った衛星方式のシステ ムである請求の範囲第1項ないし第5項のいずれかに記載の方法。 7. 前記パケットを受信するとチャネル状態情報を考慮してデインターリーブ 及び誤り訂正を行う請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 8. 一次システムと帯域幅を共有できる無線通信システムであって、 前記システムは、少なくとも部分的に重なり合った有効範囲を有し、 前記一次システムはデューティサイクルが低く特徴的な第1の期間を有するラ ンダムバーストでパケットを送信し、 前記通信システムはパケットをバースト送信する複数の分散された端末を有し 、 前記通信システムのバーストは前記第1の期間の少なくとも3倍に等しい期間 を有し、 前記パケットはフォワード誤り訂正コードを含んで、一次システムのバースト と衝突が起こったときにそれに格納されているデータを回復することができ、 前記通信システムのバーストは前記一次システムのバースト強度よりも十分に 小さいバースト強度を有して両者間の干渉を防止する 無線通信システム。 9. 前記パケットのシンボルをインターリーブする手段をさらに備えて誤り訂 正を向上させる請求の範囲第8項に記載の無線通信システム。 10. チャネル状態をモニタする手段と到着するパケットのデインターリーブ 及び誤り訂正を行うプロセッサとを備え、前記プロセッサは誤り訂正を実行して いる間のチャネル状態情報を考慮するようにプログラムされている請求の範囲第 9項に記載の無線通信システム。 11. 前記通信システムのバースト期間は前記一次システムのバースト期間の 少なくとも3倍である請求の範囲第8項ないし第10項のいずれかに記載の無線 通信システム。 12. スペクトル拡散技術を用いて前記通信システムのバーストを送信する手 段を備え、受信機におけるパワーレベルが前記一次システムのノイズレベルより も小さくなるようにしている請求の範囲第8項ないし第10項のいずれかに記載 の無線通信システム。 13. 前記通信システムのバーストは符号分割多元接続多重化を採用している 請求の範囲第12項に記載の無線通信システム。 14. 前記システムは重なり合うビームを持った衛星方式である請求の範囲第 12項に記載の無線通信システム。 15. 一次システムと帯域幅を共有できる無線通信システムに用いられる端末 であって、 前記システムは、少なくとも部分的に重なり合った有効範囲を有し、 前記一次システムはデューティサイクルが低く特徴的な第1の期間を有するパ ケットをランダムバースト送信し、 前記端末は、少なくとも前記第1の期間の3倍に等しい期間を有する通信シス テムでパケットをバースト送信する手段を有し、 前記パケットはフォワード誤り訂正コードを含んで、一次システムのバースト と衝突が起こったときにそれに格納されているデータを回復することができ、 前記通信システムのバーストは前記一次システムのバースト強度よりも十分に 小さいバースト強度を有して両者間の干渉を防止している 端末。 16. 前記パケットはインターリーブされたシンボルを含んで誤り訂正を向上 させている請求の範囲第15項に記載の端末。 17. 前記端末は前記第1の期間の少なくとも3倍の期間を有するバーストを 送信する請求の範囲第15項に記載の端末。 18. 衛星通信に適用される請求の範囲第15項ないし第17項のいずれかに 記載の端末。
