Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attracting device capable of attracting and separating a steel plate immediately at low equipment and operation costs. SOLUTION: An attracting device 10 comprises a permanent magnet 11 and an air supply pipe 12. The permanent magnet forms an attracting surface 11a of the attracting device. The air supply pipe communicates with a compressor supplying compressed air, and installed in an air supply hole 11b in the permanent magnet. Because the attracting surface of the attracting device is formed of the permanent magnet, it can attract and hold the steel plate 13 immediately. To separate the attracted steel plate, compressed air is supplied through the air supply pipe to press the steel plate. Thus the attracting of the steel plate 13 can be performed immediately by the permanent magnet and, because the compressor is used only at the time of separation, equipment and operation costs can be reduced.

Since the attracting surface 11a of the attracting device 10 is composed of the permanent magnet 11, the attracting surface 11a is brought close to the iron plate 13 so that the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 11 causes the iron plate 1 to move.
3 can be quickly adsorbed to the adsorption surface 11a.
The iron plate 13 is held in an attracted state by the permanent magnet 11.
When the adsorbed iron plate 13 is separated, compressed air is sent from the air supply pipe 12 to the depression 11c of the adsorbing surface 11a,
The compressed air presses the iron plate 13 and the suction surface 11a
From the iron plate 13. In this case, when the pressing force of the air exceeds the attraction force of the permanent magnet 11, the iron plate 13 can be detached.

Since the attraction surface 11a of the attraction device 10 is constituted by the permanent magnet 11, the attraction of the iron plate 13 can be performed quickly. Further, since the permanent magnet 13 is used, no electric power or the like is required. Further, since less power is required, equipment costs can be reduced.
Further, since the compressor (not shown) is selectively used only at the time of detachment, energy (vacuum suction or electromagnetic suction) required for adsorption in the related art is not required, and the power required by the permanent magnet can be reduced. Operating costs can be reduced.

As in the first embodiment, since the attracting surface 21a is constituted by the permanent magnet 21, the attracting device 21 attracts the iron plate 27 by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 21 by bringing the attracting surface 21a close to the iron plate 27. The surface 21a can be quickly adsorbed. That is, similarly to the attracting device of the first embodiment, the permanent magnet 21 is used for attracting and holding the iron plate 27, and the compressed air is used for detaching the iron plate 27 via the air cylinder 23. In the present embodiment, since the air supplied from the compressor (not shown) is used without leakage by providing the air cylinder 23, the amount of supplied air can be reduced. Further, since the rod portion 25b protrudes by a required length, the iron plate 27 can be reliably detached. Also, since the area of the piston head of the piston part 25a is larger than the area of the pressing surface of the rod part 25b,
The iron plate 27 can be released by exerting a required pressing force with a smaller air pressure. Thereby, the energy consumption of the compressor (not shown) can be reduced as compared with the first embodiment, and the operating cost can be further reduced.

The attraction device according to the present invention comprises: an attraction portion provided with a permanent magnet; and a pressing means for pressing an object to be attracted which is a magnetic material attracted to the attraction portion against the attraction force of the attraction portion. Therefore, the object to be attracted can be quickly attracted to the attracting portion by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet, and the object to be attracted can be detached from the attracting portion by pressing the object to be attracted by the pressing means. Since the permanent magnet does not require energy such as electric power, equipment costs and operating costs can be reduced. Further, since the pressing means operates only when the object to be adsorbed is separated, the operating cost can be reduced.

By forming the pressing means with a cylinder mechanism or a bag-like member, the object to be sucked can be more reliably and quickly separated.
