Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتركيب صيدلي لتخفيف الألم الناجم عن أمراض تصيب المفاصل, يتضمن حمض الهيالورونيك ومادة حاملة مقبولة صيدلياً, بحيث تتقاطع روابط حمض الهيالورونيك عن طريق حلقنة الرابطة الثنائية في شقّ حمض السناميك لتشكيل حمض هيالورونيك محول إلى أميد جزئياً ممثـل بالصيغة (1): [Ar-CH=CH-COO-(CH2)n-NH-]m-HA, لتشكيل حلقة البيوتان الحلقي, حيث Ar يمثل مجموعة فنيل تحمل بدائل بشكل اختياري, n يمثل عدداً صحيحاً يبلغ 2 أو 3, HA يمثل شق كربوكسي لحمض الهيالورونيك, وm يمثل نسبة أميدة حمض الهيالورونيك إلى إجمالي مجموعة الكربوكسيل والتي تمثل 3 إلى 50? بالنسبة إلى إجمالي مجموعة الكربوكسيل. ويمثل التركيب الصيدلي وفقاً للاختراع الحالي تركيبة تعطى داخل المفصل تبدي تأثيرات مسكنة سريعة بعد الإعطاء, وتظهر تأثيرات طويلة الأمد جداً للأمراض التي تصيب المفاصل عند الإنسان عند الإعطاء المفرد فقط بدلاً من الإعطاءات المتعددة وفقاً للطريقة التقليدية.
