Abstract

Un dispositivo di saldatura ad efficienza migliorata in una macchina per la produzione di sacchi in materiale plastico comprendente una barra saldante superiore (13) ed una inferiore (14), almeno una delle quali è dotata di un movimento verticale alternato tra una posizione distaccata dal materiale da saldare ed una posizione in contatto con il materiale plastico e l'altra barra saldante inferiore o superiore, il movimento dell'almeno una barra saldante essendo impartito da una coppia di aste (15) guidate verticalmente e comandate tramite un primo leverismo eccentrico (18, 20, 21) al quale sono collegate tramite un perno (27), il primo leverismo traendo il moto da un albero centrale (19), essendo previsto un secondo eccentrico (30) disposto tra l'asta ed il primo leverismo eccentrico (18, 20, 21) che è comandato da una trasmissione cinematica aggiuntiva (25, 26, 125, 126, 33) che ne obbliga il movimento di rotazione determinando un abbassamento e/o un sollevamento ulteriore della almeno una barra saldante (13, 14) secondo una fase prestabilita con l'impegno in saldatura tra l'almeno una barra saldante (13, 14) e l'altra barra saldante (14, 13).
