Abstract

In un procedimento ed un dispositivo per la registrazione dei taglienti della testa (13) portautensili da taglio di un dispositivo di granulazione per materiali artificiali avviene un livellamento degli utensili da taglio (12) ad una traiettoria geometricamente unitaria per mezzo di un corpo abrasivo azionabile in modo rotatorio.Per l'ottenimento di un livellamento preciso, che avvenga senza influenza esterna, gli utensili da taglio (12) vengono avvicinati, mediante il solo appoggio, ad una mola (8) ricoperta di uno strato (24) di abrasivo e rotante con velocità angolare predeterminata, per la molatura di assestamento contemporanea di tutti i taglienti.Un dispositivo con una mola (8) circondata concentricamente da un coperchio (25) e disposta in una tavola di alloggiamento (1), anteposta alla testa (13) portautensili da taglio longitudinalmente assialmente ed in un piano parallelo, presenta a tale scopo un dispositivo di sostegno (15) collegato alla tavola di alloggiamento (1), nel quale la testa (13) portautensili da taglio è condotta mobile verticalmente, ove la mola (8) è supportata azionabile in modo rotatorio nella tavola di alloggiamento (1) per mezzo di un dispositivo di azionamento.(Figura 1).
