Abstract

Per la produzione continua di masse di malta pompabili in cantiere, da malta asciutta da costruzione e acqua oppure da miscugli di sabbia e legante prodotti in cantiere con l'aggiunta d'acqua è usato un dispositivo preferibilmente traslabile, che comprende una pompa a vite (14), una mescolatrice a vite (130) disposta coassialmente ad essa nonché un trasportatore a coclea (9) disposta sopra questa unità. Il trasportatore a coclea (9) ha fra la sua apertura di entrata e la sua apertura di uscita, collegata tramite un pozzo (11) con l'apertura d'entrata della mescolatrice e vite (130), un organo a coclea trascinato in rotazione, che è costituito in sequenza da una coclea di trasporto (9a), una coclea di dosaggio (9b) e una coclea di mescolamento preliminare (9c) su un albero comune. Fra la coclea di dosaggio (9b) e la coclea di mescolamento preliminare (9c) viene aggiunta l'acqua per l'impasto dosata. (Singola figura)
