Abstract

Compact concrete batching and mixing plant automatically furnish continuous quantified output. Mix constituents descend from at least 2 hoppers into corridor bays under the action of endless runged scraper belts and gravitate into the mixer. Pref. hopper supply is regulated by front shutters: the combination cylindrical mixer chute vessel is inclinable for evacuation, contains an archimedean screw and rotary mixing blades and is positioned perpendicular to belt motion. The belts are motor driven via cogged wheels. At the position of the radially extending mixing blades warm water or similar is introduced.
