Abstract

Vengono preparati i sali in forma cristallina dell'iboprofen e del naproxen con N-(2-idrossietil) pirrolidina sciogliendo rispettivamente 1) iboprofen ed il naproxen in adatto solvente organico, addizionando N-(2-idrossietil) pirrolidina, facendo reagire i composti, rimuovendo il solvente e cristallizzando il sale ottenuto da soluzione in solvente apolare ed aprotico.Detti sali hanno elevata solubilità in acqua e sono impiegati per preparare composizioni farmaceutiche per somministrazione orale ed altre.
